Indra Regent Hotel

best ROI hotel hands down. we loved our stay.

most of the neg reviews come from people who pay 3-star price expecting a 5-star Marriott experience. The reality is that you get what you paid for, and occasionally slightly a better ROI in the case of Indra.

location is perfect. room is well cleaned. love the 2 nice ladies (one long hair and one short hair, middle age) at reception making our stay so much more pleasant.

the $100 deposit is sealed into an envelope, stapled. it was an oddly high amount but its a deposit, you take it back right when checking out.

This is honest review for 5D4N stay.

Staff and Reception Service:
The staff was friendly and approachable, though communication was sometimes challenging. They made a genuine effort to assist us.
Upon check-in, a $100 USD safety deposit was required. Initially, I was hesitant because of previous reviews about issues with USD bills, so for safety, I’ve took a photo of my $100 bill, including the serial numbers, for reference. When I checked out, I was given back the exact same bill.

Location:
The interior of the building has a dark atmosphere, with the hotel and floor corridors giving off a somewhat eerie vibe, as if something could jump out at you at any moment. However, the hotel is very conveniently located near the Platinum Shopping Center.
In front of the hotel, there are various currency exchange shops, and starting at 5 PM, the night market comes alive with everything from market stalls to restaurants and souvenir shops, making it a great choice for visitors/tourist.

Room and Room Service:
The rooms are adequately sized, with reasonable pricing—not the cheapest in the area, but not the most expensive either.
The rooms are equipped with a TV, refrigerator, and hair dryer.
Room service was excellent; they cleaned the room and changed the towels daily, and provided free 3 bottled water, coffee and tea sachet every day.

Food:
There is an optional breakfast buffet or an American breakfast set. The breakfast set offers a decent amount and quality of food—not too heavy, not too light. The sausage was particularly delicious, and you can also choose your fruit.

The only issue we had is the Electric Kettle, so clean it properly before using it because they won’t gonna change which is apparently it’s the same in most of the room.

Indra Regent Hotel in Bangkok exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day exploring the city. The hotel's central location made it easy to access all the attractions and transportation options in Bangkok. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch and added to the overall luxury experience. I highly recommend Indra Regent Hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok for a five-star experience!
