Mandarin Hotel Managed by Centre Point

I was impressed by the condition of the fitness centre. The equipment was well maintained and the room was clean and water was supplied.
Staff were excellent, particularly the concierge team, they were extremely professional, helpful and friendly.
The bed was fine, and the room was clean and well presented.
Hotel location was excellent, shopping centres were nearby and the small local food shops offered delicious food at very low prices.
Only minor area for improvement is the addition of a couch or second chair and it would be nice to be able to open the window

Location is good with MTR and shopping mall close by. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Professional host. Excellent breakfast choices. Just relax massage at the hotel M floor. Overall good value and we would come back again.

Overall we had a great stay here. The hotel was clean, air-conditioned, had great service and nice rooms. There was a very nice pool as well.

The shower had a seat inbuilt which is great for disabilities. However there were a lot of stairs.

The main drawbacks were that our microwave was broken (which we only found out after buying microwavable food), the "double" bed was actually two single beds next to each other (which usually works fine but in this case there was an obvious ridge in the middle which made it uncomfortable) with a bedside table and charging port only on one side, and the shower door was a bit broken. Even so we would stay here again.

I stayed here to prepare myself for my graduation ceremony at Chulalongkorn University, I guess there were many guests came for the same purpose. The hotel was well manage during this very busy time. My needs was fulfilled quickly. The hotel was clean and most of all very good at reduce outside noise, I didn‘t notice even it was hard raining outside during the night and early morning. The staff were friendly and really helpful. I love the pool, fitness and also the spa. The hotel provided the photo spot for graduated students to have a fun time here. Thank you for making my time wonderful. As the price was reasonable, I will come to stay here again soon.

My overall experience was great. The property was clean and beautiful. People are are company's greatest asset. The staff at this hotel were exceptional from the front desk, concierge, dining room and cleaning personnel. The room & beds were very comfortable. My travel partners and I would gladly stay here again. Mandarin Hotel Managed by City Centre has my highest recommendation.

We have arrived to Bangkok for one night stay (connection flights)
We decided to stay in the central of the city.
We chose location and Mandarin was the right place,
We chose quality and Mandarin Did Not disappoint us,
We chose Mandarin from our experience in hotels around the globes and not around the price.
We were delighted with the service the minute we have arrived to the hotel.
Staff are very professional and polite.
Front desk assist us the seconds we arrived to the desk,
Our room was ready to go in 2 hours before we were due(14:00) it was a big plus since we only had only 24 hours in the capital.
Room 949 was very clean and refreshing after a long flight.
The following day we were told that we can check out later then usual which was helpful however we wanted to check early do we could take a tour of the town.
We would like to thank the call Concierge staff the lady in the front desk and everyone else who was eager to assist.
Free shuttle to the Siam Paragon was great curtsy of the hotel.
And since it was a low season we got our room for fraction of the price. Highly recommend 10/10

Rooms were rated 3 mainly due to the blinds that don't blackout room. No iron board or iron or wash line.
Good points on the room was the large fridge. Complimentary mini bar .
No TV channels for kids .
Traffic noise can be heard if you are particular about it.

Room cleaning , concierge and front desk staff all friendly and helpful.

Breakfast very good.
Excellent location to use the MRT .

Spa massage excellent and well priced.

The facilities in the hotel are good. The front desk staffs were very helpful in assisting me to call the Grab. Even the bell boys were friendly in helping me to communicate with the taxi driver. They solved my problems since I could not understand Thai language.I was impressed with their services and kindness.
On the other hand, the location of the hotel is in the center of the city. There is a big mall opposite, one can hang around there for shopping and catering with no worry and it is near a MRT station, can go elsewhere with ease! I probably will stay in this hotel again.

Staff didn’t read for special request before check in. Assign low floor with no view room for me and don’t offer exchange room in later. Spend dollar to have a good view in this building but didn’t received expected stuff.
Daily breakfast was plenty of choice but not much different everyday. 80% of food was repeated same.
Room service was excellent which control by a Kakak, fast move and always polite. Thumbs up for Kakak
Hotel member at hall has no reaction when see you, I don’t feel any welcome and cheer from them. Like some stranger you see beside road. Cleaner was the one provide good service instead.

Fantastic hotel! Has everything a vacationer is looking for…great location (Samyan Mall across the street with excellent restaurants), nice spacious rooms, a staff second to none, and provided transportation to major sightseeing venues. Need more? The breakfast buffet is outstanding! Took me a day or two to find the bacon and omelette station 🤤. And finally, the saltwater swimming pool and fitness center is great for the exercise enthusiasts! Overall…highly recommend!
