This hotel was prebooked for participants attending an international event at Thammasat University, Bangkok, Thailand. To me it looked like a high end place with a view of the King River. We three participants had a very pleasant stay! Hospitality is exceptional. Friendly staff. Well maintained interior and accommodation. I am sure I don't have to mention WI-FI facility to guest as it expected everywhere for people want to stay connected always. I would stay at this place if I had a second chance to visit Bangkok.

It definitely wasn't right downtown in the mix of bangkok. There was one other big downfall, and that was, if you wanted to go to bed early.Don't count on it because they always had a live band going on at the bar. Now don't get me wrong, they had a great band and also the lead guitarist had a great voice.But they would go all the way tell 12am.

Worst internet I’ve had in a hotel. Not a suitable hotel if you’re coming for work or intend to get some work done while here. Internet connectivity fails every 5 minutes and when connected, is the slowest I’ve had since 2015. Location isn’t great either. Nothing to see walking distance. All infrastructure is old and hasn’t been renovated in decades it seem.

A little bit late at 3pm but hope can improve to move to 2pm or 1pm. But it is fast checking in.
ROOM - Good.
Good bed, Nice bathroom, ample space for 2 people
BREAKFAST - Good.
Good food, lots of choices, it changes everyday for the last 5 days stay
LOCATION - Best.
A bit far from the city but that is what makes it better than them as well, it gives you a time to breath from the bustling city. Plus they give a tuktuk service to drive you to the nearest mrt station or taxi ride is already in place at the hotel.
SERVICE. Good.
Staff are friendly and they did a good room service.
CHECKOUT TIME. Good.
Easy to check out. No waiting time. Just return the card and thats it.
WOULD I RECOMMENDATION? Definitely. Not too cheap. Not too expensive. But a great value of what we've paid.

If you are seeking a peaceful place to stay, this hotel is a good option. It is located outside the busy city center, within walking distance of the Chao Phraya River boat. The rooms are spacious, with some offering scenic river views. The surrounding area is quiet at night; however, dining options are limited, though a 7-Eleven is conveniently located nearby. Transportation is easy, as Grab or Bolt can be booked for activities outside, or you may take the boat to reach major tourist attractions.

Second time to stay in this hotel. Great stay so far. Daily buffet breakfast is delicious with variety of choices. Room is very spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly and easy to communicate. Location is not very near tourist attractions but is very accessible , just few minutes walk to ferry boat, bus station and train station

Overall it's a really good hotel if it wasn't so out of the way from everything else. There is no public transport going to and from the hotel and you have to take Grab to get there. Other than that the convention ballroom was good. My event was held successfully.

Booked this hotel as it is within the event venue where my partner and I are attending. We have been here before and the service standards are good and comparable to our last visit. We are given a big spacious room with the scenic river view. The hotel is quite old, but they try their best to keep the amentities in the best condition possible. Towels and bedding could do with a refreshed set.

I upgraded to the Premium Riverview room with a King size bed. The room is very spacious and has a huge balcony overlooking the river.
I liked the hardwood floor. There is only 2 pillows but should have 4. The 55inch Altron TV remote control does not respond all the time. International Cable channels are limited and with poor signal quality.
The buffet breakfast has a good selection to choose from. They have a egg station where you can order eggs. Coffee is good.

A completely awful place to stay. I seriously regret ever booking this dump.  The very old and outdated property. Also the staff were completely rude, dismissive and very unpleasant to encounter with. Internet was awful. Was never able to use it. I approach the front desk agent who is very dismissive about my concern. I also went and bought a kombucha From the coffee bistro only to be rudely and unpleasantly treated by one of the staff member who happens to be pregnant. Also was completely treated poorly by the omelette attendant at the breakfast buffet. Housekeeping staff are also rude and polite I don't know how to greet. I spent the time giggling and talking nonsense in their language while servicing my room. Making me feel uncomfortable. Place is far away from everywhere. I definitely do not recommend.
