Beautiful, fragrant, very fragrant soap, comfortable bed, value for money, food available 24/7, you can order food all the time.

I really like this hotel pillow, I want to buy one for home.

Every time I go to Bangkok, the room is clean, the breakfast is good, and the staff is lovely.

Spent 4 nights at a very unique hotel. Staffs are friendly and we got free shuttle bus to MRT. Breakfast is awesome and fresh every day.
There is also a mini bar right next to lobby where you can chill with your friends at night.
Convenient store and coin laundry is next to the hotel.
Specially, it won’t take long from hotel to airport.

Near Airport railing at Makkasan station, easy to catch a taxi to the hotel, easy to find the way, some front desk staff are not friendly, but some staff are very enthusiastic, the breakfast is delicious. There is a coffee shop and beer right at the hotel. There is a free Tuktuk service to go to the nearby MRT. 7-11 and automatic laundry services are also available next to the hotel.
In short, this trip was quite enjoyable

Very helffull staff at FO , concierge, Bfast rest ( especially for thier hostes , i do apologize forget her name) and thiers house keeping for clean room.

A beautiful hotel, real fun place to stay, a little language barrier, but nothing that google translate can't solve. I can not even tell you how quirky this place is, full of things to see, even an area where the floor is glass, under which there are nick-naiks to peruse. Rooftop pools are cute, not large but certainly well worth instashoot! Bar/lounge area is a good size and just the ambience of the place has strangers talking to each other about the pictures and decor. Will try the breakfast/dinning tomorrow, but the customers that have been here for a number of days are raving about the breakfast buffet and the standard of meals in general. Food prices are comparative, guessing due to the very many food outlets just on the doorstep. Mid sized Lotus 4 minutes walk from hotel. Hair, nails and massage can all be catered to within a few minutes walk, but if you are mall addict, you will have to google that as I have not come across one nearby. The staff are quite helpful, the shuttle bus driver even gave me a lift to the money changer (10 minutes walk from hotel), very sweet guy and no charge! - I'll tip him when I next see him now I have more TB! Only one little hic up.. difficult to get a drink before 1pm. There is a full fridge on the rooftop gym area, but there is no staff there to unlock it and take payment and the bar does not open until 1pm. If, like me, you arrive early before you can check in to your room, I would suggest you bring your own drink if you want to stay around the pool, or drop the bags and head out (4 minutes walk) to the most unhealthy bubble tea shop, extra pearls please squire!
Keep your little people close at hand on the ground floor, so many ornaments around that little hands will find magnetic, and you may find in your suitcase!
Don't think twice about booking some time here... probably my favorite mid range hotel ever.

Cool hotel. A little off the usual track but still manageable. Rooms are pretty spacious.
