We loved our stay here and the people were amazing to us. We had our aunt break her leg and had to stay in Bangkok while she had surgery and this place welcomed us and were very helpful. We loved the daily breakfast buffet and the guys cooking were very nice. Plenty of options had us fill each morning. The pool was a nice relaxing spot with views of Bangkok skyline. Only gripe is the beds were hard but it’s typical for Asia and they helped by putting a pad. Great place for a family nice little kitchen two balconies and close to Victory monument street food and BTS for easy access to Bangkok.

Very friendly, helpful and prompt service from staff. Door person to let us in with a pram and umbrellas to borrow.
Quite basic buffet brekkie, closer to continental with eggs but did the job
Nice cool and clean pool with city views
Hard beds but I don’t mind that, comfy pillows.
Location not great. Felt about 20 mins drive to anywhere central.
Good but very loud air conditioner. Clean pool, nice temperature. Not very kid friendly outdoor pool area, way too many fall risk hazards.

Actually I had a conference in Pullman hotel king power. But they'd full booked. So I've decided to stay here coz it's a walking distance to Pullman.
Mind you, this is an old hotel. The decor is of the 80's which is nice. I've stayed in room 905.
First of all. I would say the room is bad. The bed is Soo thin. Makes sleeping hurts.
Should replace the bed into better ones.
Then the shower temperature. Either it is too hot or too cold. You can't really regulate it. And it's a horror.
Then the breakfast was decent and ok I guess. The egg, milk always. Fresh!
I saw lots of online packages down at the lobby. I bet lots of frequent customers used this place for the looting.
Considering the price with overall experience, I certainly would come here again. Just maybe for holiday, not business

I'm sure there was a time when this was a fine hotel, but that time is not now. It's in need of a serious update, and until that happens it's a bit of a stretch to regard this place as a 3-star hotel. The dark and cavernous lobby was rather uninviting, and my room was not much better. It all seemed rather cheap--low quality towels and bedding, toilet paper that was so thin it could have been made by paper wasps, a toilet seat that wouldn't stay up on its own, a missing sink stopper, a shower faucet that was fine with too hot or too cold but not anything in between. Oh, and did I mention the huge cockroach on the ceiling? For the money, I would stay somewhere else.

With this room rate, I think it is as good as it gets. The room is quite clean and comfortable. The location is convenient for me to go to my designated place. I can tell that the owner is doing the business with gratitude and having a good service mind.

I am not sure why there are negative comments for this hotel.
But honestly I would like to share my review as my family stayed in this hotel on the 4th April 2025
The huge grand lobby and the open space around the building is simply gives an impression that you are in a 5-star hotel.
The rooms are spacious and the feel is quite impressive. I have travelled to various destinations and the room gives a feel that you are in Europe and not in Thailand. It has a European style of design. The lobby was massive and grand. The artificial candle lighting and the chandelier gives it a mesmerizing look.
The only issue is with the noise created by the factory situated just opposite of the building. But we did not find it annoying as you wouldn't notice after 5-10 mins of entering the room.

Hot water in the shower only one day , I stay 3 days and 2 nights but did not change the bedding’s. Hair dryer not working , glass is dusty
