Shama Lakeview Asoke Bangkok

I can not be more disappointed ever in my life after my shocking experience in this hotel. Beside poor customer service I have experience the worst housekeeping. I stayed there for 2 nights and at first night without noticing much i went to bed and sleep. Next day I went out during day time and when I came back at night than I have noticed blood stain on my quilt cover and after speaking with manager on duty and house keeping staff I find out that they don't change bed sheets everyday but according to manager on duty twice a week if same guest stays for continuous night unless requested which was not mentioned to me by the time of check in or while booking. So it clearly means that a night before I sleep with the blood on my quilt which still makes me feel disgusting until now and still today I did not receive any apology or feedback of my complaint. Guys I have booked room with lake view but there was no view of lake from my room and to view the lake I have to go to balcony which was locked. When I asked them to open the balcony at the time of checked in , they simply ignore my request and than later in the night I ask again than a person open balcony for me. Also for extra towels on both days I had to ask them twice.No one describe clearly that which restaurant is including for breakfast as upon check in they only told me that they have 3 options of food which are ORGANIC, CONTINENTAL and BUFFET but in the morning I find out after running around that there are 3 restaurants and each offer different menu.Attitude of the manager on duty who dealt my complain was really mean as well which clearly shows that this hotel runs by incompetent top management. Please I will advise you not to stay in this disgusting blood stain quilt cover hotel as there are many good options around for better service and quality.

This property Shama Lakeview in my opinion was excellent as far as the quality. I like that they offer a shuttle ride to the closest point to the Mass transit system. The room was spacious although walls where thin you could hear your neighbors TV at times. The room sofa was looking like it wasn't comfortable when I sat on it was very good not worn out and I did fall asleep on the sofa a few times. The place has full kitchen with mostly everything you need to make that special meal. The bathroom you have to see what it's like for yourself it was spacious. My experience that I didn't like was I was on a high floor. The breakfast options where ok nothing to write about. My dislikes about this property was that I encountered a family of stray cats. I not a fan of high floors in a hotel. There will be a next time booking from me.
