I really wanted to review this hotel because it is a real pleasure to do it when everything works out so well. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in for work or vacation. The service is impeccable, the staff is kind and helpful, the food is excellent, the rooms are spacious clean and quiet, the laundry service is perfect, as well as shoe shine. Internet works great, he outdoor pool is beautiful and suggestive, the gym is very well equipped and the staff inside is very helpful and friendly. Connected through a passage to the Mall Terminal 21. And in front of the metro station. Highly recommended!

Phenomenal hotel. Service was out of this world. Facilities are great and well maintained. On the last couple days we had a sick child and the team went out of their way to help.

Excellent Service Hotel , very courteous and wonderful staff. Lovely rooms and well cleaned. Minor issues were there but it's fine ... Had good spent 5 days , excellent breakfast options. Good spread of different cuisine. Overall a good stay and yeah most important to mention the sweet gesture for my bday ... Lovely sweet cute chocolate cake ... Thanks Sheraton for a good stay

Great Hotel in the middle of Bangkok city. The welcome staff were very polite and helpful. The reception desk team was quick with the check in processes. Great place for tourists who wish to have a relaxing vacation. The house keeping staff were prompt in cleaning the room and replenishing all the complementary food, bathroom and clothing items. The Travel desk team were understanding and ensured they met all our requirements and plans for our tour in Bangkok. The Ambience of the hotel is peaceful and luxurious. The in room dining had a variety of cuisines with good taste.
The hotel is in a very accessible area. There is a BTS nearby, 7 eleven convenience store, Starbucks and the Terminal 21 mall at walkable distance

One of my favourite hotels I've ever stayed at! The warmth you feel from everyone is just unmatched - from lobby to kitchen, front desk and house keeping, the whole team goes above and beyond. I had a wound dressed by one of the kitchen staff Piyapong and I am eternally grateful.
The buffet was extraordinary, whole heap of variety. Loved the softness of the hotel bed and pillows, could melt into the sheets! The tiles in the bathroom from Chiang Mai was gorgeous as well as the swimming pool! Great hotel facilities, gym and spa. Very central location.

I was recommended my Japanese friend stayed there this time. It was positive comments from my Japanese friend.
The room was spectacular view of Asoke and neat with clean as expected from Japanese style.
Service really humble and elegant with Thai style as he is Japanese he knew a bit of Culture. However he like the hotel itself already. Outstanding hospitality service from the front door until whom behind the sense. Front Desk and Concierge staff really helpful while I arrived and look for my friend at Lobby to catch his luggage.

Stayed in one of their family rooms. It is a true gem. The unbeatable location, stunning views, and impeccable service make it the perfect place to stay for an unforgettable experience in Bangkok. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a fantastic location.

Even if the hotel is not brand new, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The quality and staff are one rating higher than other five star hotels. If a person is looking for classic luxury, this hotel is highly recommended.

I love this hotel, any problems and everything can be solved, just tell them! very impressive from entering through the room and I love their Thai themed suite with an amazing bathroom, huge and comfortable when you soak, the bed is always comfortable when you sleep, Breakfast is also the best! I really love this hotel with all my heart

The Sheraton is beautiful and well placed to access all of Bangkok via the BRT. The Station 21 shops is one of the cities best centres. The area felt safe day and night. But that’s not why I stay here. It’s the warm, genuine service from the exceptional staff. Staff remembered our breakfast orders every morning, looked after us at the resort like pool and went out of their way to ensure we had all of our needs met.
