Consists of one 4-storey building.
Only 441 of the room. On the upper floors are executive floors with privileges for guests (a separate Breakfast, Newspapers, tea, coffee, etc.).

Conference room can accommodate up to 600 people in Banquet and up to 350 people at the location of tables as in the classroom.

Best location, best resturants, best service.
The spa, sauna and swimming pool are all closed for renovation. You have to use the pool at Sharma hotel or Four Points Sheraton.
Information was not reflected on trip.com app, and neither did the hotel email to inform me about these.
Reception not apologetic at all.
They charge circa./around $300 for one night at a club room, and yet guests will have to put up with 4-star hotel facilties.
Guests who book a club room package (with breakfast) vs guests who book a club room package (without breakfast) get the same treatment. You don't get to dine at the main restaurant either way.
Rooms are quite dark and dim.
Breakfast at club lounge only had 3 main courses and 6 Indian courses (besides the standard of sausages, hash browns, and assortment of bread), which unfortunately does not take into consideration the dietary requirements of its guests.
This ranks among the worst hotel breakfast that I have experienced in a 5-star hotel. It feels like a 3-star hotel breakfast.
Beware and avoid this scam hotel at all costs. It is a joke.
The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes—everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I also had the chance to try the dinner buffet, which was equally impressive. The quality and selection were top-notch.
Even without any loyalty perks, I felt like a valued guest. The attention to detail and high level of service across all departments made this stay a standout. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to JW Marriott Bangkok.
I had arranged a surprise proposal, and the team duly delivered in every aspect. Mr. Chawanpat personally ensured that the decorations and setup were perfect, coordinating seamlessly with me to get the timing just right. His attention to detail and dedication went above and beyond, making the moment truly magical.
Beyond the proposal, the hotel itself exceeded expectations—luxurious rooms, impeccable cleanliness, and world-class hospitality. Five stars to a five-star experience! Highly recommend JW Marriott Bangkok for anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.
