Consists of one 4-storey building.
Only 441 of the room. On the upper floors are executive floors with privileges for guests (a separate Breakfast, Newspapers, tea, coffee, etc.).

The hotel has a fleet of comfortable Mercedes Benz cars for transportation from the airport and to the airport, and also for private trips. It offers polite, courteous drivers who speak English. Shipping from and to the airport surcharge, no more than three passengers in the car. For families and groups, there are more roomy vehicles.

- The area of all enclosed space for meetings and banquets is more than 1397 sq. m. Main spaces for events include a ballroom with an area of 685 sq. m. which can be divided into three sections; a hall with an area of 200 sq m with glass walls and a ceiling height of 5.4 m; nine meeting and conference room. Conference room can accommodate up to 600 people in Banquet and up to 350 people at the location of tables as in the classroom.

If back in Bangkok, I will not think twice about where to stay.
The hotel is close to public transport and shops.
The staff is very helpful; honest; and hardworking. I accidentally left an expensive item when I checked out at the beginning of my business trip which took me thru a few countries. Took me a few days to realise that I was missing an item. As I was transiting via Bangkok on my way back, their representative met me at the airport to hand it over to me. They easily saved me a lot of stress.
I stayed here for nearly a week and never had a bad experience. I know you’ll love this place.
I had a question about certain plate, and I was pleasantly surprised in seeing the Chef coming out out of the kitchen to answer my question.
Very well trained staff, excellent service, and superb food. Of course it all come with a hefty price tag, but it surely worth it. Well done

Love the fitness center…as a personal trainer it is hard to find a gym that has most of the things that I am looking for. This place has everything and more…the best part is that they have dumbbells that go up to 90lbs…YES!
I had access to the executive lounge, and the food there was excellent; they provided breakfast, high tea, dinner, and an open bar every day. The food was excellent and had enough variety to never get old. The servers were amazing and always made sure your drink was full.
The pool is big enough to do laps (20 yards) and very quiet and peaceful. A staff member came around sometimes and brought you iced tea. The water temperature was perfect- warm but not too warm. There was mosquitos in the area later in the day.
I used the gym several times, and it was a full health club with tons of treadmills, bikes, and a huge selection of machines. They also had a really nice powerlifting and racks section. It was probably the nicest hotel gym I've ever seen that wasn't also a gym with members. It was never very crowded.
Rooms were very nice, with AC that allows you to control both the temperature and the fan (which I appreciate for background noise at night). I particularly enjoyed the little touches in the room like the little elephants and the lemongrass spray.
The front desk and concierge were great about providing transportation both around town and also car service to the airport.
