The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Hotel

By far the best location there is when it comes to shops , malls , restaurants, and even foreign cuisines like a mini K-town. The hotel is super elegant along with the staff of course always being friendly. I recommend experiencing their breakfast selections when staying at the dinning area downstairs. The selections of choices are super fresh and delicious. They even host pool parties on specific weekends.

All the staff at the hotel were nice, but the Westin club lounge was amazing. I have been to many lounges, but I want to say this one was the best and the staff were amazing. Food quality was excellent and the selection was very good. Special thanks to three employees that really made our stay really pleasant and enjoyable. Mona,May and Enzo were all absolutely amazing and thank you for having staff like them. we will all be definitely back to this hotel next month because of the great service we received there.

The room, service, and location were great! It's a 5-minute walk from the train station, and there's a mall next door with a good food court. The city view from our room was awesome. Plus, they had a pool party that weekend. Everyone was super polite, too. And breakfast buffet was nice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Westin Hotel in Bangkok, and I must say, the experience was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, attentive, and quick to address any requests I had. The service truly made a difference in my visit, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay.

However, I would suggest the hotel consider revising its smoking policy. The smoke from certain rooms seemed to travel through the ventilation system, making it uncomfortable to sleep at night. A non-smoking policy or better ventilation would really improve the overall experience for all guests. Otherwise, everything else was perfect, and I look forward to returning!

You’re really in the middle of everything Bangkok has to offer at the Westin. Rooms, well fitted and seem recently renovated. Very nice executive level area that adds a great value to your stay. You can never complain about good food but surprised there wasn’t more emphasis on Thai food. There’s was a power problem at the hotel which was pretty quickly resolved and for which the hotel responded quickly and appropriately for any problems created. Access to the hotel is a two elevator proposition.

As I get older, we appreciate the service and care from the staff at the Westin. As soon as the car stopped at the lobby, the staff helped us with our bags and led us to check in.

We got an executive room, as we love the view in the lounge and the food. The staff helped us with our check in and served us tea and coffee while we waited. (I love the new uniforms by the way.)

The thai iced tea is delicious and the mangoes were wonderfully sweet. The food and snacks served in the lounge changes each day, and all of it was delicious. Breakfast is a wonderful spread of different types of cuisines (vegetarian, japanese, western) and I love the fresh coconuts.

Breakfast at the executive lounge allows you to order special dishes that are not available at the main breakfast hall downstairs.

The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed is comfortable but the quilt and aircon didn't seem to work well together - we felt warm most evenings, but would get too cold later in the night. So perhaps thinner quilts may work better.

What a wonderful hotel in a great location in Bangkok. Step outside the door and get on the Sky train or shop your heart out at Terminal 21.
From the front door to the room, everyone was polite, helpful and spoke great English.
The rooms were tasteful, spacious and well equipped and the beds were comfortable. A nice sized bathroom with fantastic shower pressure.
The pool area was very comfortable.
As a Platinum Elite with Bonvoy I don't think I have ever had as many perks as the Westin offers. Not only was the INCREDIBLE breakfast buffet complimentary in the restaurant every day, but the concierge lounge was next level. They offered breakfast, afternoon tea AND an evening happy hour with a complimentary full bar. The food was excellent.
They also brought fruit to the room daily and lots of water too.
Always plenty of staff.
It was a fantastic experience and without a doubt we will stay there on our next visit.

I first stayed here more for than 2 decades ago. The hotel is showing its age. However, the service is good and I've never seen food being served so quickly. It is also a short walk to the BTS station and close to activities but yet quiet once you step in.

I had a wonderful stay here. Jin at the lobby desk was so helpful when I had a problem I couldn't fix on my own. She went above and beyond to help solve it. I was incredibly grateful for assistance making calls and generally doing logistics to help me find a solution. On the helpful staff alone I would recommend this hotel. The rooms were comfy, staff always accommodating and the breakfast bar had extensive Thai options and worldwide breakfast food options. THEY HAVE FRESH COCONUTS!!! 🥥🫶
