Kalim Resort - SHA Plus

The value of the room was amazing. I think it was @ $25 USD per night and it came with breakfast. It's really spacious, and they give you water in glass bottles daily along with cleaning your room. If you're not there to decline the cleaning service, they will clean it anyways. There's a sign in the room to put your valuables away but I didn't and didn't have any issues with it. Housekeeping cleaned every room thoroughly, including the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent especially if you are non veg. I'm vegan so just stuck with fruit, toast, and the juices. I wish they had one noodle dish daily that has no egg. The employees there are hardworking, very polite, and accommodating. Right next to the resort, there are scooter rentals, restaurants, 7 elevens, and food vendors. The restaurant next door will make the food vegan for me and offer a cup of ice with my choice of drinks from their fridge that comes with the meal, unlike many places that will charge extra. There's cross contamination because they do cook the food with other non veg items. It's a quick way to eat on days I don't want to travel to the other side of town to get vegan food. The resort also offers towels for hanging out poolside and for going to the beach, which is a few minute walk away. Kalim beach wasn't the cleanest with all the debris that ended up on the shoreline, but it's still safe to go into the water. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in need of a budget stay.

At first, we were uncertain about selecting this location, but it turned out to be well worth the money! The service provided was excellent, and both the room and toilet were well-maintained. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Moreover, right across from this resort, you'll find a reliable scooter rental shop that you can trust as they are genuine.

They even offer the convenience of storing luggage after check-out.

This is amongst my BEST MEMORABLE stay over the years in Phuket.
Been to Cape Sienna (Kamala beach) & few others in Kata/Karon hotels BUT THIS RESORT MAKES EVERYTHING FEELS LIKE HOME!
All staffs are able to speak/understand English. Kind/polite/helpful staffs.
Beach (Kalim beach) is just 3mins walk from the resort!!! Price value is totally unbeatable for such great location. Enjoyed great morning walks and SUNSETS on all my 4 days, I am BLESSED.
This place is far from the noisy discotheques so if you want peace and close to nature and locals COME HERE!
9 mins walk from hotel there’s an Elephant sanctuary that opens frm 9am.
Food is everywhere outside the hotel. 7-11 just outside the main street.
Next time i will come here again because of the peaceful days i enjoyed on all my stay.

They have a small fitness centre/room inside the resort: yoga mats/dumbbells/ treadmill 👍🏼 I totally recommend this place to all.
The hotel surprised me with a Bday cake on the night i returned bck to the hotel.
Warms my heart so much after a tiring long day spent outdoors in the hot sun.

Staff were so kind and accommodating. The furniture has a little wear and tear but it's clean!!!! Hey! The Aircon is totally adjustable from the room and really works, so I dunno why others complained about it, I think they had no idea they could adjust the Aircon settings 🤦‍♀️ The adjustment buttons are right by the bedside! Great location to the Kalim halal seaside food market. So much yummy variety and it closes at midnight and is cheap and delicious!!! The only thing is their breakfast wasn't a good variety and wasn't very yummy... 🥲 Hope you can improve it! Thank you for everything ☺️🙏

It's good place to stay and overall a nice for everyone's , but it's slightly far from pataong beach , near about 20 minutes working distance from the main area
