Grande Centre Point Pattaya - SHA Extra Plus

Stayed for 6 nights with wife and 2 kids. Great hotel, location, excellent breakfast food. Free minibar drinks, we just bought whiskey from 7/11 nearby because no alcohol is served. One of the best hotels I stayed in. They take care of every small detail, and the stuff is extremely polite and nice. Loved the gym, kids loved pool table soccer, kids club. Very fast wifi

My daughter had fantastic birthday party there! The kids enjoyed the food the water slide the foam party, everything is perfect. Also much appreciate to Khun Tammy, a nice girl, very kind for communication and arrangement. And Pee X, professional sweet services on spot.

The customer service are pretty nice. Room is clean. Free mini-bar. 😋Very convenient location, terminal 21, Tiffany show and 7-11 just around the hotel.
The view of balcony are incredible, we enjoy the beautiful sky city view and sea view. The fitness area and the breakfast also perfect. Definitely book this hotel again if I come back Pattaya. We had a very enjoyable time at Pattaya.

The check-in staff were friendly. The housekeeper did a good job making up the room. The waiters and waitresses at breakfast were nice and kind. The room was clean, and the water pressure in the shower was comfortable. All the complimentary items in the room were free. The location is right next to Terminal 21.

5 star hotel interconnected to the mall with loads of shopping for whatever you might need. Adults bewar....ZERO alcohol is served here although you can bring your own. There isn't even wine available with dinner. Makes no sense to me but to each his own. The pool area is amazing. Expect lots of kids. Overall this hotel is clean, modern and well appointed.

We booked three suites with ocean views for a two-night stay, but the layout of the hotel caused some inconvenience. Since each floor only had two suite rooms, we were split across different floors, making it difficult to move between our rooms. Adding to this, the elevator stops were tied to our room keys, further restricting our access.

On the positive side, the room design was modern and well-equipped, with ample air conditioning and breathtaking, unobstructed views of Pattaya Bay from the balcony. The 1.5-meter glass railing on the balcony provided a safe and pleasant space to enjoy the sun and sea breeze with a beer. The 63-square-meter rooms felt quite spacious, and the bathrooms were a highlight, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows for an amazing ocean view while bathing.

However, there were some shortcomings in the hotel's service and amenities. The control panel by the bed only had a USB port on one side and a single master power button, which was inconvenient. Additionally, despite our rooms being cleaned daily, the bed linens were not changed.

Most disappointingly, when we requested to check out two rooms early (at 10:30 AM) on the day of departure, while keeping one room until 2 PM, the hotel refused, citing a full booking for the day. This was a major inconvenience, especially for the elderly members of our party, who had to wait in the lobby until the 2 PM . This level of inflexibility was surprising, as we have not experienced such issues at other international hotel chains like Four Seasons, Siam Kempinski, or even the Hilton in Pattaya, where guests are typically accommodated for early checkouts or late checkouts.

Overall, while the room facilities and ocean views were impressive, the lack of service flexibility and attention to guest needs was a significant letdown, highlighting the difference between this local hotel and the standards of international luxury brands."

Stayed here for 3 nights, the room, facilities, buffet breakfast and the staff service were exceptional, especially Kong, was very kind and funny to our children. We were very impressed and will not hesitate to recommend to our friends.

Fantastic hotel, class 5 star with 100% dedication to service and facilities you get what you pay for here.

Kong from the concierge desk was amazing, spoke great English and was very friendly, remembering our sons name every day.

Downsides if any, not much for breakfast for British with no real Full English. Lifts although there are many seem very slow to arrive, maybe they are not all working?

Large and luxurious room + bathroom. Nice view! Nice and clean. Pleasant service! Food ordered from room service was first class! Will come back next time.

My wife and I stayed at grande centre point for 21 nights in March. We can't recommend this place enough. Everything there is 5 star. The rooms are very clean. The pool is just wonderful. We had breakfast every day and the food was great. But most of all the staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and everyone always had a smile and made us feel welcome. Thank you so much for our stay.
