5 star hotel interconnected to the mall with loads of shopping for whatever you might need. Adults bewar....ZERO alcohol is served here although you can bring your own. There isn't even wine available with dinner. Makes no sense to me but to each his own. The pool area is amazing. Expect lots of kids. Overall this hotel is clean, modern and well appointed.

We booked three suites with ocean views for a two-night stay, but the layout of the hotel caused some inconvenience. Since each floor only had two suite rooms, we were split across different floors, making it difficult to move between our rooms. Adding to this, the elevator stops were tied to our room keys, further restricting our access.

On the positive side, the room design was modern and well-equipped, with ample air conditioning and breathtaking, unobstructed views of Pattaya Bay from the balcony. The 1.5-meter glass railing on the balcony provided a safe and pleasant space to enjoy the sun and sea breeze with a beer. The 63-square-meter rooms felt quite spacious, and the bathrooms were a highlight, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows for an amazing ocean view while bathing.

However, there were some shortcomings in the hotel's service and amenities. The control panel by the bed only had a USB port on one side and a single master power button, which was inconvenient. Additionally, despite our rooms being cleaned daily, the bed linens were not changed.

Most disappointingly, when we requested to check out two rooms early (at 10:30 AM) on the day of departure, while keeping one room until 2 PM, the hotel refused, citing a full booking for the day. This was a major inconvenience, especially for the elderly members of our party, who had to wait in the lobby until the 2 PM . This level of inflexibility was surprising, as we have not experienced such issues at other international hotel chains like Four Seasons, Siam Kempinski, or even the Hilton in Pattaya, where guests are typically accommodated for early checkouts or late checkouts.

Overall, while the room facilities and ocean views were impressive, the lack of service flexibility and attention to guest needs was a significant letdown, highlighting the difference between this local hotel and the standards of international luxury brands."

Stayed here for 3 nights, the room, facilities, buffet breakfast and the staff service were exceptional, especially Kong, was very kind and funny to our children. We were very impressed and will not hesitate to recommend to our friends.

Fantastic hotel, class 5 star with 100% dedication to service and facilities you get what you pay for here.

Kong from the concierge desk was amazing, spoke great English and was very friendly, remembering our sons name every day.

Downsides if any, not much for breakfast for British with no real Full English. Lifts although there are many seem very slow to arrive, maybe they are not all working?

Large and luxurious room + bathroom. Nice view! Nice and clean. Pleasant service! Food ordered from room service was first class! Will come back next time.

My wife and I stayed at grande centre point for 21 nights in March. We can't recommend this place enough. Everything there is 5 star. The rooms are very clean. The pool is just wonderful. We had breakfast every day and the food was great. But most of all the staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and everyone always had a smile and made us feel welcome. Thank you so much for our stay. Everything about this hotel is immaculate. Our corner room on the 28th floor was gorgeous with incredible views of the city and bay. I'm not sure if there is an advantage to the corner rooms versus the standard--they all are about the same size with balconies. Breakfast was extensive and glorious (even on the crazy busy weekend they staff were efficient and professional). The pool area wins the day. It's so beautiful with so many fun play areas. On the weekend there was a bubble party in the kids pool! We loved that this hotel doesn't serve alcohol (although guests are invited to bring their own). It makes it a very family friendly resort. Finally, the staff are amazing. From housekeeping, to bell services to restaurant staff--they make this place feel truly special.

First off 5the breakfast was amazing, it’s one of the best hotel breakfast i’ve ever had. They got variety of food such as crepe, noodles, eggs, dim sum and etc. The room was a bit small for my family but the toilets are all automatic. In the hotel there is a gym, the gym is not so crowded and it’s well designed. There is a pool table in front of the gym. There is also a water park there with a water slide, Kids can get to have fun while adults chill and look at an amazing view. I would definitely suggest family to come here and visit this hotel. Your kids would definitely love it here because the amount of activities they have is impressive. Also the terminal 21 is also beside them so it’s really convenient to go eat or do other activities.

My husband and I celebrated our Christmas at this property and it was one of the best experience ever! The view from our 22nd floor was extraordinary. The view, hospitality, and the location was exceptional beyond words. I cannot wait to revisit with the entire family! This is walking distance from the beach.

Amazing service with very friendly staff. Very family friendly and the activities put on (free of charge) were fun! Location on top of a shopping mall was great and easy access to a harbour town play area. Food was great too. Rooms are very small for a family of 4 though. The bars do not serve alcohol but they do allow you to bring it in.
