Grande Centre Point - SHA Extra Plus Mini-hotel

I was extremely satisfied with my entire stay! Due to my travel schedule, I arrived in Pattaya at 10 a.m. and was very exhausted. The hotel was very proactive in providing me with a solution, which allowed me to check in smoothly and get rest. In particular, I would like to thank the lady at the front desk who assisted me with my check-in—her attitude was excellent, and she helped me solve a very big problem. I truly appreciate her service. Throughout my stay, all the hotel staff were very friendly and professional. Many thanks to the whole team, and I will DEFINITELY CHOOSE Grande Centre Point Pattaya!!!

I come here every time. Transportation is convenient, shopping is convenient, and above all, the staff is always kind.

Location is great, connected to the mall and spa. However, I do expect the suite rook will have bedroom instead of a studio room with living room.

We had a truly wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was above our expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The service was exceptional — staff were always friendly, helpful, and attentive to every little detail.

The hotel is very family-friendly. There’s a fantastic water park that kept our kids entertained for hours, and a kids’ club packed with activities and toys. For the adults, the fitness center was impressive — well-equipped with a wide variety of machines and workout zones. Whether you’re into cardio, weight training, or yoga, it’s all here.

Another huge plus is the location — just a short walk from a major shopping mall, restaurants, and public transportation. It was very convenient to get around the city.

The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped, with a peaceful garden and plenty of space to relax. We actually spent a lot of time just enjoying the hotel itself — it’s that nice!

Beautiful hote! We had 2 bedrooms suite which is very spacious, clean and modern facilities. Location is great, direct access to terminal 21.

The hotel is very conveniently located, there is a direct exit to the Terminal 21 shopping center. I liked that the room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the city. On the 32nd floor, the restaurant is open only from 17.00, which was inconvenient for us, we wanted to have lunch. There is a mini-water park area for kids, a pool for children and a large pool, 130 cm deep. The kids' club is designed for children up to 6 years old approximately. The slide is suitable for children, because when you land you end up in the water with a shallow pool and personally I hit my butt hard and got scratched, and my 12-year-old son's swimming trunks also wore out. The minibar was well stocked with juices, water, soda, nuts, chips, coffee in drip bags 👍, tea, sugar. Everything you need is in the room, except for an iron, you have to ask for it. The room is clean, the linen and towels are good. Smart TV and you can watch YouTube. Overall the hotel is good, but personally I like it when the corridors and rooms are light, but here it is too dark for me. The staff is very polite. The ice cream by the pool is super tasty!

I must be highly recommended to stay this Hotel when travelling to Pattaya. All is good no matter for staff service, facilities and breakfast food as well
