Big Blue Sky Hotel - All Inclusive

We spent 10 days on holiday with my family. Everything was great. The sea is across the road from the hotel; if you're afraid to cross the road, there's an underground passage nearby. The entertainment isn't daily, but it's interesting. At the neighboring hotel, it was daily and often mediocre. The rooms are cleaned daily. The food is excellent, with plenty to choose from, and the vast majority of dishes are not spicy; you have to try hard to find something that is. It was almost uncommon for the same dish to be served the next day. You can eat almost any time, except late at night. The food was always heaped. A small drawback is that not all the staff speak Russian, but they speak excellent English and German. A big drawback is if you didn't book the hotel through a tour operator, as you'll need to contact the hotel to arrange a transfer; it costs 65 euros, and that's for the whole bus. In this case, it's better to pre-book a transfer through Booking.com; it'll be cheaper.

Excellent hotel, delicious food, friendly staff, everything was great. I'll definitely be back next year. Special thanks to the tour organizer, Tyson. You were amazing.

The hotel is not bad, we liked it, the staff is friendly, the food is ok, but we don’t like hanging out at the hotel. We took excursions from Tyson near the hotel, a fun and cool guy, we’ve known him for many years, we recommend him to everyone!

I live in Alanya. I stayed at the hotel for the May holidays, wanting a change of scenery. The hotel is nice and comfortable with kids. The location is great; everything is within walking distance. You step out of the hotel and find yourself in the center of Alanya. I was considering which excursion to take and decided on Cappadocia. I booked the tour with Tyson Excursions. Everything was on time: they arrived, dropped me off, and returned me. I was incredibly pleased. Special thanks for the punctuality. I've traveled with Tyson several times and highly recommend them.

I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights with my mother and we were satisfied with all the facilities the hotel offered. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can forget all the comments about the food. There is no way to stay hungry in this hotel, there is an open buffet with every taste. There is a snack bar that makes pancakes during the day for snacks and there is also a Turkish night every Thursday and you can definitely spend a Thursday here and taste good food and you can also experience international cuisine every week. In addition, 3 different meats are cooked and served every evening in the restaurant. Our favorite part of the hotel is that the restaurant is on the top floor and you can enjoy your meal against the sea view. The bartender at the poolside entertained us very much and we would also like to thank him. Even if there is no man with you in terms of security, believe me, it is very safe and I recommend it to all women who will come alone.

I stayed with my family for 7 days july 20..27 /2024 . The hotel enviroment generally ok , the foods was good, specially their deserts ( baklava and other delicious cakes) has been marvelous. Special thanks to personals at the reception Seda, Cemre,Ugur and Koan for thier kindly and professionally approach to customers. Salute to all personal!!

My husband and I stayed at the Big Blue Sky hotel at the end of May and beginning of June. The hotel is good and close to the beach (you just need to cross a busy street). The food is good. The restaurant on the 7th floor is a great advantage. We would like to highlight the excellent SPA. The friendly manager Nadine and very professional masseurs. The prices are very reasonable. We recommend the Turkish bath and aromatherapy. We paid 40 euros for almost 2 hours. It's surprising that so few compatriots take advantage of such an offer.

We would like to say just thanks to the crew! Specially for guy from reception with blue eyes, his friend who helped us with our luggage (we don’t remember names sorry 😩) Big thanks as well to very nice and talkative guy from small shop in the hotel and beautiful lady from spa. Also big thank you for Mike and his friends from restaurant. You all made guys our short trip just perfect! We didn’t have any problem with room or food. Everything worked, everything was fine. The vibe was amazing, everybody was so helpful!

Yes, the traffic could be noisy sometime, the food maybe different as you like at home, but Seda and the whole team were kind and supportive.
