The whole hotel experience is bad!The rooms are awful,avoid the meat patties (i got food poisoning frim them). Totally ruined 2 days of my holiday.The reception and kitchen staff are really good people and they are the only good thing about this hotel.Avoid this hotel!

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week during my holiday in Turkey. I'd like to start off with the customer service at the reception. The staff wasn't helpful at all, the bell boy couldn't speak english so when we had issues with the room we had to go down 4 floors from the stairs since the lift was so small. The night we arrived, we got put into 2 rooms completely on opposite ends of each other, when we had initially chose them to be together. The staff had an excuse of "the rooms are fully booked" and offered us a "downgrade" with rooms next to each other for a night. The downgrade room was exactly the same as the original, it stank, the AC, TV, fridge weren't working and the bathroom door wouldn't even close let alone lock. However, our travel agent from MTS travel (Sefer) helped us get a somewhat better room even though it wasn't as advertised which was purely the hotel's advertising. Hotel was blaming love holidays for the false advertising, however they had done the same on their own website.

This hotel is advertised as a 4 star however in reality it should be a 1 star, during my time there, I heard other guests giving similar complaints. The hotel staff themselves told us the hotel was used as a hostel for university students which I don't think is convenient considering I came for a holiday not to live in a hostel. Another thing was the food, it was the same food almost everyday, I tried the salad bar once and I felt ill after, it looked like they used the same salad everyday that no one would touch.
Overall, I'd just like to say I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone not even for a night, everything about it was diabolical.

Avoid this hotel at all costs.

This place is an absolute disgrace and should not be allowed to operate under the pretense of being a professional hospitality provider.

Like many others, I arrived with a confirmed booking only to be told — with a straight face — that “due to a technical issue with the system,” the room I reserved was suddenly unavailable. This is clearly a routine scam. They then attempted to fob me off to a completely inferior hotel that I neither chose nor would ever have considered. The so-called “alternative” was substandard in every possible way — a far cry from what I originally paid for.

This hotel knowingly overbooks and uses this manufactured “system issue” as a blanket excuse. It’s a deliberate, deceitful practice that wastes your time and shows utter contempt for guests.

The staff were indifferent, unhelpful, and at times outright dismissive. Management? Nonexistent. No apology, no accountability, just a smug shrug and an offer to dump you elsewhere.

Do yourself a favor — stay literally anywhere else. This isn’t just poor service — it’s calculated negligence.
A complete failure on every front.

Rooms are filthy and cramped full of mould and dust nothing like the photos. Customer service is horrible - rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Food was disgusting. This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

This hotel was very dirty staff not very helpful if you like chicken very day I had bear wires from my main light which was on my headbroad shower glass you could right you name on it on my last day they were painting the celling had plaster comeing off cell

This Hotel is honestly not even worth 1 star let alone 4!! Avoid this place at all costs!

I am a man in my late 70s and was on a solo holiday!!!

So i Landed in Turkey and was put on the Transfer to the hotel which took 5 hours, i then arrived at the hotel just after 3am to be greeted by the receptionists who then got somebody to take me to my room which was absolutely filthy and as i walked in there were razors in the bathroom and the bed was not made and the room was a complete mess and had definitely not been cleaned at all. I was in complete shock and i told the person who was with me who escorted me to my room that the bed was not even made and there was no pillows and he walked out and found a pillow and threw it from the door onto my bed. This was disgusting behaviour and was so unprofessional. The hotel was a complete mess, there were paint pots lying around and mattresses everywhere.

I could not stay here or even sleep here for one night so i had to go down to reception and tell them it was not acceptable and i could definitely not stay at this hotel and there response was that there was nobody to help me as the manager was not here.
Therefore i had no choice but to spend my night on the beach till the morning to find someone to help me move hotels.

Not to mention the fact that the day before i went on my holiday i had to pay an extra £100 to stay here which is just ridiculous i had already paid the money to stay at this hotel which is nowhere near worth the amount i paid. i wouldn't even stay here for free!

To finish this off i will just say NEVER STAY HERE AND AVOID THIS CHAIN OF HOTELS ALL TOGETHER!!!!!!!!
