Where to stay with kids in Avsallar

The rooms are very large and comfortable, we had a beautiful pool and sea view with a kettle and fridge in our room. The food was always delicious with plenty of choices and was of a very high standard

The food caters for as many nationalities as possible. I don't even like slides and enjoyed ourselves, no end. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday a lifelong memory

Just had a lovely holiday with family at this hotel. First mention should be the AMAZING staff, they are really hard working, polite and very friendly

Enjoyed sitting at the pool bar and eating at the street food area, also spending time at the island bar and beach during the day

This time I experienced the bad experience, room beds where like sleeping on springs no iron plus most things were closed as of end of season. But overall was good my child loved it and the food was OK

Last thing to mention the hotel was spotless, thanks for a really great stay to all of the staff and l hope you all get a pay rise because you deserve it

Would highly recommend this hotel for a family holiday, especially if you like to go in the sea occasionally as the beach and sea were among the best I've been to

I think that even the pickiest person would find something for themselves ;) The hotel beach is well-kept and has a large number of sunbeds. There is a lot of greenery around the hotel

The hotel is clean, well staffed, there is loads to do within the grounds and the shared facilities with the Pegasos Royal & Pegasos Club which are either side of the Pegasos Resort

The family room we had was on the top floor and really spacious with amazing views of the sea and coastline. Food is well varied and really really nice, there's something for everyone to eat

Despite this, we were not bored, spending most of our time at the hotel and in the surrounding town. I didn't notice any lack of cleanliness. The food was delicious and very varied

The hotel met my wildest expectations. We encountered very high temperatures in the country (even though it was the first half of June), so we had to shorten our sightseeing

- Swimming pools and water slides are entertaining but lack safety measures and lifeguards. - The private beach is a nice perk but overcrowded, making it difficult to find a lounger unless you arrive early

Fantastic hotel stayed here for a week 4 adults a teenager and an 11 year old. we all had a great time plenty of activities for all. The pools were great and the aqua parks (both) were super fun

- Rooms located near the center of the resort may experience loud music late into the night, potentially disturbing sleep, especially for families with young children

I can’t thank the staff enough for how they made are day all were friendly and helpful most spoke English and the ones that didn’t tried their best which is understandable as it’s not their first language

At check in one if the ladies rolled her eyes and raised her voice, then said something in Turkish and called one of her colleagues to deal with us. That’s a shame as we really liked the hotel

Extremely good location, close to the beach. Reception staff not very friendly, poor customer service, they speak in Turkish in front of customers. Very poor English, they don’t smile

Very good place to relax with Family (children). Area is so big, a lot swimming polls, pipes, slides, food on the high level. I recommend of this place to spend good time

Lovely walk to the beach where u can find more pools and water slides plus poolside bars everywhere and food stalls as well

Lovely place very nice weather friendly people but the staff are ignorant and ruse the food is rubbish none labelled up and as a diebetic got to be careful as to what you choose to eat also no rep provided by thomas cook but when you go to the island its fab waterslides are great the food is nice great days out there people are friendly on the island but on a night all entertainment is there so if...

We had such a great family holiday here. My partner proposed to me on the beach, so Eftalia Holiday Village will always hold a special place! Staff were fantastic and location is great

We were the whole family here, and we got an extremely pleasant and nice vacation. The staff is amazing, from the reception to the maids who uniquely cleaned our rooms

When on holiday with toddlers, with the beach, with various children's playgrounds, sometimes in the water, sometimes out of the water, eating three meals a day and so on, 100+ items can easily accumulate and unfortunately it gets very unrealistically expensive here

The outdoor pools are now, in mid-October, unfortunately already too cold to stay in with children (for long). At least one heated pool would be useful here

But at least the sea is still pleasant and the beach facilities are also very cosy and romantic with the various pavilions. Please check the wooden children's play area with the slides

The kids love it, but some of the wooden parts are loose or torn out. The kids' club and the playground right next to the main building are also great and very popular with our kids

We had criticised this as a family of 3 and, together with two friends, received a large attic suite with two separate apartments right on the beach from the team at the front desk

We are having a great time here and we really have to mention the cleaning ladies here, who have a huge heart for children and show it all the time

We were impressed by the daily cleaning service provided by the friendly housekeeping staff, who always ensured our rooms were spotless. However, our experience by the pool was less than ideal

Although her intervention was appreciated, the repeated incidents did put a damper on our pool experience. The food, while plentiful, was somewhat repetitive throughout our stay

The staff were efficient and accommodating, ensuring that our rooms were all on the same floor, which made things much easier for us. After check-in, we headed to dinner, where we were greeted with a huge variety of food

After hearing our side of the story and reviewing the CCTV footage, she apologised for the behaviour of the other guests and confirmed that we were in the right to occupy the empty loungers

We noticed quite a few stares from other guests, which was unsettling, as though they had never seen people of colour before. Elvira from guest relations was helpful, however

To avoid further conflict, as they started pulling the towels from underneath us, we handed them the towels and ignored their behaviour, continuing to use the loungers

Not very big but nice and cosy hotel. The beach has a sandy comming into the see. You can find many snack bars around the pool and beach. There is an inside pool, sauna's too. Late night food is also available

A big market is just across the street. You can find many things there for a good price and different quality. Rooms are cleaned every day, the mini bar is filled with drinks. Big variety of food for all types of eaters

What is not good is too many people who "reserve" the beach beds right in the morning and go there only in the afternoon, therefore you might not get one when you come to the pool or beach

Private pier with a bar , bar on a beach with mini restorant attached to it , pool bar , loby bar and snack bar next to it and ofcourse main restaurant

We also bought a sea view room, but got only a little sea view, more like a side view. There's a huge and clean pool outside, and a beautiful pier with a bar and steps to the sea to swim

Young will be boring, at discos, take out. On the territory 2 pools, one with animation, the other for relaxation - Tula animators do not go. The food is excellent and varied, meat and fish every day

The pool was huge but if you have like a baby kids I would not recommend it because it goes up to like 10 or 15 feet deep other than that I would recommend it it's amazing service is great the rooms are great the location is great five stars for everything if I had you I would give it a million

The pros: the hotel is clean, food is abundant, staff is helpful. Pools are great, Beach side also had a bar, you can walk the distance with ease. Allot of airco areas, nice when it's was blistering hot

Cleaning staff does a good effort! It's a nice but very big hotel. Animation team provides plenty of fun things to do, and the late shows are fun to go to, theatre is not huge so be on time

60m deep pool by adults who only mind their own amusement, and then pushed by the same to the middle of the pool, adding foam they lose sight, can't swim and get foamed so they panic, we managed to save a few that were screaming for help, but the adults just party on

Try the second restaurant, less choice less people!!! Sugary juice like drinks you can get yourself but for a coke or fanta, everyone had to go this one station that's open to get served, so do that first or your already little Lukewarm food will be plain cold

mega huge territory, a lot of entertainment for children, in several places of water parks on every corner, alcoholic eateries and restaurants. I personally recommend it !!! I liked it, I want to come here again !!!

Wonderful hotel !!! The food is excellent !!! The entertainment is super !!! The water park is superior !!! I like everything very much !!! Vacationing with children for 4 years.

Scenery is to die for and the entertainment is pretty good too, the only downfall is the food isn't so great and other holidaymakers are very rude and greedy (not all but most) especially when it comes to the food, sun loungers and inclusive amenities which was a bit of a let down

3rd time in this hotel, its a good all round family trip and good value for money, the only real negatives are a few staff can be quite pushy try to sell you things, spa, t-shirts, tattoos, etc

On arrival you're not told anything about the hotel and what it has to offer (as they focus and spend so much time on trying to up sale a room). On checkout, again no directions given to luggage storage or shower

Nice hotel,spacious rooms,beautiful grounds, water Park,plenty of slides and pools for children,on-site beach children's ploshadka, different food almost around the clock,children's menu,not far from Alanya is a beautiful city for walking

In addition to the ice cream girl in the evening, her smile was missing, it seemed as if someone was forcing her to do that job, no matter how much you tried to make a joke with her, she looked like you had killed someone

Overall, it is a quality hotel, clean, great facilities, but the employees is what truly made this a great hotel and a good holiday. Only improvement points we see might be the wines and a bit more theme based dinners

Lovely hotel, great value for money. Just wished the rooms were somewhat nicer. But the views we had of the hotel made it worth it 😍 would definitely come back. The staff was lovely and loads of veggies options

What I didn't like is that I had an incident in the room and while ironing I ruined the upholstery of the sofa. We told the reception about this and the assessment they gave the bull was very high (100 euros)

The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure my stay is perfect. My room is spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, with a stunning view of the sea

Service was excellent and cleanliness of rooms and all areas was perfect. However, only a few of the restaurants staff were friendly, with some even being arrogant and unhelpful

What set this resort apart was the exceptional service—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay memorable

There is a lot of activities but the staff aren't pushy, they approach you to get involved but try to make you comfortable to take part in activities and not try to force you which is so refreshing because if you have no interest in activities they won't harass you

Our stay in the White City Resort was overall a great experience. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean with a balcony

At first we were not sure about this hotel but now we absolutely love it. So much things to do; waterparks, activities, pools, entertainment

The resorts are very nice and it’s very wide so there is everything just inside the hotel. The rooms and cleanliness is very good. The meals are so delicious with variety choices on restaurants

I lacked entertainment this year. Only "Bravo" to the young man with the tattoos behind his ear, on his right leg and on his left hand

Everyone has been very friendly and helpful especially Victor in the lobby bar ( kindly accommodated our requests for footie on the tv ) and Dean the guest relations manager always on hand with a smile to help answer our questions

It would be nice to see some more activities for the older kids that don't want to use kids club like maybe footie games or kids water polo. Overall a lovely hotel that has everything you could need

We also didn't realise that having this room meant you could eat in the steak restaurant as many times as you want. A great option if you want more variety from the other restaurants

We enjoyed our stay in this nice, quality hotel - it had all you need: enough swimming pools and activities for kids and adults, good entertainment, lots of plants, big selection of fresh food, everything clean and modern, very lovely bar area by the beach

I normally at home would eat pizza , nuggets, pasta , etc but the pizza is mixed , nothing plain and is only served between 2-4 not dinner , no nuggets anyway, and pasta always has something nasty on it

We're here for a 10 day stay and have had a brillant stay so far. We booked a swim up pool which is very spacious and feels very private

A hotel for families with children. The area is so cosy and small, but everything is so compact and convenient. The kids on the Playground or in the pool, at the zoo with geese, rabbits, peacocks and parrots

The hotel is not bad, the room we got on ground floor ,but is a plus(not fries from the roof), has a children's table, microwave oven(you can warm quite small),the food is not bad

Regular rooms are comfortable with everything you need:shower, air conditioning, TV, Hairdryer,refrigerator , internal phone balcony. Convenient that 2 of the rooms, though small. People come here more than once

The water slides are amazing and as a family of 5, with young kids we all thoroughly enjoyed the pool and slides. The evening entertainment was also amazing, along with the mini disco every night

Snack bar during the day near the pool was our fav, they had waffles, pizza, chips and nuggets. Also a great play area for the kids

Food isn’t labelled correctly nor are allergens, which was very annoying when it came to eating as 3 out of us is allergic/sensitive toIt wasn’t too annoying, until we booked our excursions at the hotel with Leo who promised us a “good price” we did the panther Safari and buggy tour

I will keep it short here and go into more detail on the tour providers review. But, what is advertised as part of the tour is not what you actually get without and added cost

Ice cream during the day, cocktails (fizzy drinks, gin, whiskey, vodka and juice are included) at night time there is a selection of activities and snack for an extra cost

The food is good, can get repetitive, but there is a huge selection at all meals, also burgerland that is open outside of meal hours for a quick bite to eat

Everyday is a kind of hunting for a free sunbed by the pool, any of the pools and the beach, actually. Catering is rather poor, same dishes everyday, only grilled meals that are made in the yard differ

Cheese, olives, side dishes often too salty. On the last days of our stay we simply decided to skip eating at the main restaurant and chose snacks from the pool bar

Except from the broken baclony door which opened only if pushed really hard, the room is good, clean, housekeepers come everyday, change towels, make beds - that is ok. But facilities of this hotel are another story

Evening programme for kids is the same everyday, while for adults - differs and is rather interesting, so he we give a +. All in all, the hotel is too crowdy for its space and in our eyes, it is not worth 5*

And also thanks to an old man who helped in our hunt of sunbeds several times :) By the way, there are many Russians in the hotel and the staff prefer Russian instead of English

A large all inclusive hotel with plenty of water based activity for the family. 5 large water slides plus a lazy river and small child area with shallow pool. 2 good size pools where entertainment takes place during day

Plenty of choice in restaurant for all meals but gets very busy at evening meal time. Lots of snack areas and bars and free ice creams available 3pm to 4pm each day

My biggest tip is to tip the waiting staff - I did that a few times, and was well looked after as a result. Genuinely nice hotel, although you need to be up early to bag decent sun beds near the pool areas

This hotel is full of Russian people. Food is good and sea is near. NO WIFI!!! Whole animation is in Russian and music to. Hotel staff is courteous and kind

Place is good. Pools, garden, beach and over street local street shoping centre are realy good! Hotel rooms are two and half star.

Pools are clean and well maintained. Mixed beach area has nice sand and clear water. Food is plenty and a lot to chose. Aqua park is okay but you need to be careful with kids, there is no check for who slides down

The rooms could be cleaner and airy. We especially liked the women from the animation team who’s name is Nazerke and a bartender with blond hair and green/blue eyes. Food is also tasty you have several options

No nappy changing area exists other than your own room which will be far away if you are at the pool side. They look after children under 4 for 300try/hour which is extremely expensive

It's a very nice islamic hotel, there is a beach apart for women, rooms are comfortable, they have plenty of activities for adults and children. And the best of the best is their delicious food

The hotel is very nice for family’s. They have a great team (the animation team). They make a Lot of games and are all super friendly. Especially for women the „only women area“ is super great

It caters for all ages and I can not fault it one bit, everything from the actives for children, women and men to the evening arcades and food is amazing
