Small room and very small bathroom but good enough for a solo traveler willing to stay at the hotel only to sleep due to visiting the city all day.
The location is perfect! You have many things to visit around and you can go by walk. Also the staff is very kind and friendly, the cleaning is done every day and the breakfast lady is the cutest person ever.
I would recommend!

Terrible experience: avoid Hotel Antique at all costs❗️❗️❗️
I booked Hotel Antique in Istanbul for 4 nights but left after the second night due to an utterly disappointing experience, and just after I found another hotel with a free room. The reality of the hotel was a far cry from the falsely advertised images online (from multiple different hotels actually!).
Firstly, the room's ceiling was a mere 1.90cm tall, making it impossible for anybody over the average height to stand straight. The shower's ceiling was even lower.
The cleanliness of the room was disturbing: dead bugs were on the bed, dirt and dust covered the floor, and the windows appeared as though they hadn't seen a sponge since the Ottoman era. ☢️
Moreover, the windows lacked any form of sound or temperature insulation, leading to a freezing and sleepless night due to noise and winds. Oh and the joy of not being able to open them, though one wouldn’t even dare to, given their repulsive state. 🤮
Complaints to the manager about the filthy AC filter were met with the “it’s like that in any hotel”.
The balcony outside is a deathwish honestly, looks like it would collapse. Also filthy with cigarettes thrown there. Oh and yes - the hotel is missing the facade on one side of the building - looks like it fell off. ☠️
They wanted to refund only for one night even though we had 3 more that we paid for.
In conclusion, steer clear of Hotel Antique and save yourself from a regrettable stay.

Perfect location, made to feel welcome with tea and cake. The view from our bedroom was priceless.

I stayed one night at this hotel and I do not recommend it!!!
the pictures presented on the website are not real, we didn't like anything.. the shower is horrible, the bathroom smelled bad! the mattress, the pillow, are not comfortable, we didn't manage to rest.. not to mention the breakfast, we didn't have dared to eat there!

Amazing small family-run hotel in a perfect location. While it is a little older, and the rooms have seen some wear and tear, the lovely people who run it and the perfect location to visit some of the best sights Istanbul has to offer, definitely make up for it.
I didn't have the chance to try the breakfast since I needed to get to the airport early in the morning, but hoping to get a chance next time I come to Istanbul.

Excellent place. Small and quaint rooms. Staff is very friendly. Will help with the tour around Istanbul. The owner personally takes interest in helping you with your tour along with the rest of the staff

Clean, comfortable rooms, great location. Owner welcomed us with Turkish tea. Minus side that you can't pay with cards, but they do accept Euros.

Well felt good, the people were very friendly and supportive not business minded. If you are looking for a place on budget it can be your best option. Also, location is close to most tourism point so it is easy to plan if you are a tourist.
