Now at the Hotel. Bad management.. Broken window takes cold inside the Room. Reception doesnt have any solution to cold, they only smile. They even doesnt aware the broken window, they learn it from guest.

Better than to sleep on street if you dont have any other choice.

Extremely small rooms. Bathroom and shower doors do not close properly which gives you no privacy. No one at the front desk speaks proper english. Charged me more for laundry because the paper put in the room was apparently old and not updated. I would not have washed any clothes if I had known of the almost doubling price. And on top of everything, the laundry is promised to be given back the same day by 5pm if you give it to the front desk by 11am which I did. However it took them 2 days to give it back to me.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed, in my entire life of hoteling. Very unhygienic rooms. The bedsheets and pillows have yellow stains on them with hairs. I felt like no one cared to change them. I thought the water bottles are complementary, but they charged 10 turkish liras for each 500 ml water bottle, which is 10 times more than the actual price😑 No complimentary shower gels or shampoos at all. The room feels like a bird box with a mirror partitioned toilet, so you get to smell toilet all the time. Their food gave me the severe food poisoning and vomiting for days. I thought it's a branded hotel and would be good to stay, but it's even worse than a normal 2 stars hotel. No swimming pools. I don't even understand why they call it a 5 star. First, we booked it for 3 nights but we ran away right the next early morning. I am never ever trusting an ibis hotel ever in my life again.

We have stayed for 3 nights with baby and aren't happy about the hotel. Baby cot was with huge stain. Mini-bar was broken and didn't cool at all. All the water from shower cabin was leaking out. Hotel doesn't have proper parking as it mentioned on the website, we had to park just on the street opposite to other building. The breakfast is just horrible, no buffet, just one plate with something strange and boiled eggs. Employees attitude is not welcoming at all.
