This hotel is not a four-star hotel. I booked this hotel for 11 nights, but after a two-night stay, I cancelled the reservation and the hotel charged me 500 lira as a fine. The advertised price included breakfast but after the booking sheet was issued, the breakfast had been removed.
Upon arrival I saw that the room was dirty; it was as if there was no vacuum cleaner in this hotel, as there were remnants of previous guests in the room and the room was not cleaned.
Up to a kilometer from the hotel, there are no active supermarkets(shown on the map).
The hotel's hot water was cut off at night and there was no bathing. There were three of us but there were only two blankets and one glass. There were no other dishes or spoons and forks in the room.
I went to the reception four times but they said they didn't have blankets-glasses and extra dishes.
The bathroom water outlet was stuck and the water was gathering.
(These were the facts that I encountered over the course of two days)

I didn't like this hotel at all, and I don't advise it to anyone...the room service is catastrophic: the room isn't cleaned everyday as it should be and when we required it to be cleaned they didn't do it, and they don't provide us with room necessities: toilet paper, shampoos, body wash and to name a few...the shower head was broken we asked them several times to fix it after the 3rd day of our stay they did. The room door aren't in good conditions as well. And most importantly the language barrier, they don't speak English so it was a struggle making them understand things.

The blankets have pee stains. We asked for room cleaning 3-4 times and they didn't clean our rooms. Everything is old and rotting. They take extra money about 40-45TL for laundry per a piece of cloth!

Never book this hotel!!
I had some troubles on my way to Istanbul by car from europe. So I was late and then called them and told them about the situation. They woudn't give me a another day, but offered me some kind of discount if I will choose them another day. They just took the money from the card. SO RUDE! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! what is that kind of service? They could at least say that they would like to offer me a another day. 0 stars.
Hope you guys enjoyed the small amount of money.. take it with u to the grave
