I booked the hotel by mistake through a reservations company, and the hotel was contacted by the company and by me personally for more than one email, and there was no positive response to recover the amount. The hotel is not very cooperative from the customers. The hotel only wants to entitle an amount to customers who booked by mistake and does not care about family circumstances. It is indeed a very bad hotel. I expected to find a positive response due to the circumstances. I expected to find very broad interest, but I will not stop making negative comments in all programs to protect the rest of the customers.

I contacted the manager, Harun Yelken, personally, but the response was given only once, and when I re-contacted him, I did not see a final response. I think they do not care about the customers, and they also do not care about assessing the humanitarian conditions at all. The hotel is not good. I dealt with most hotels in Istanbul and found a lot of positive responses and humanitarian appreciation, but This hotel is bad in these aspects and they are only interested in collecting money unfairly, especially since my reservation was by mistake, but I will write all the negative comments that happened to me by this hotel.
