We had a very good experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel.

It is a high-quality hotel with very beautiful rooms and great views.

The location of the hotel is excellent – it is directly connected to Canpark, where you’ll find all the shops you need. It’s perfect for shopping, dining, and strolling around.

The hotel staff is fantastic! Everyone here is extremely polite, friendly, and attentive – there’s absolutely nothing to complain about.
Especially upon our arrival, we were warmly and professionally welcomed by Arda!

I would highly recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton at any time.

We’ve been staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Ümraniye, Istanbul for the past 25 days, and I can confidently say it has been one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

The location is excellent — right next to a shopping mall, very convenient for both leisure and daily needs. The surrounding area is calm, safe, and well-connected.

But what truly makes this hotel stand out is the exceptional service and the genuine warmth of the staff. I want to express my deepest appreciation to Mr. Ulaş, who assisted us from the very beginning. When we called to ask about pricing, he immediately understood our long-stay needs and offered a very fair and convenient rate. During our stay, he even checked in on us from time to time — something you rarely see these days. His professionalism and kindness are truly commendable.

I’ve stayed in many Hilton hotels before, but this one was on another level. Despite being a busy hotel, every single guest receives personalized attention and care. You can feel how well the Hilton system is implemented here — and not just followed, but brought to life with sincere passion and dedication.

The staff here don’t just do their jobs; they go above and beyond. From reception to housekeeping, everyone works with a sense of responsibility and heart. We truly felt at home.

If you’re looking for a place that offers not only comfort and cleanliness but also outstanding service and a human touch, this hotel is the perfect choice.

Everyone here was extremely welcoming. Although the language barrier, the cleaning ladies were always very friendly and polite. Berat was very helpful during my stay. He assisted with my luggage at the time of my arrival and from my departure and even assisted with all my questions. My travel time was 24 hours long and when I got to Türkiye, all I wanted was to rest. The room that I stayed in exceeded my expectations with the amazing view. Thank you to your staff for a great experience.

Awesome new hotel on Asian side of Istanbul. Hotel is directly connected to the grand shopping center with Migros Supermarket. Hotel has its own entry right in the middle of shops, so you do not have to go out to the street. Large size rooms, very comfortably set up, quite and with excellent bedding. Nice swimming pool and small gym that has all equipment that is needed for a workout on a go. Excellent housekeeping!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Ümraniye! From the moment I arrived, the warm and professional staff made me feel welcomed and valued. The famous warm cookie at check-in was a lovely touch that set the tone for my entire visit.

The hotel itself is stunning—modern, clean, and beautifully designed. My room was spacious, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was heavenly, and the city view from my window was breathtaking.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to every taste. I also enjoyed dinner at the on-site restaurant; the food was flavorful, and the service was impeccable.

The hotel’s location is perfect—easily accessible, close to shopping centers, and a short ride to key attractions in Istanbul. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth, offering helpful recommendations and assistance whenever needed.

I highly recommend DoubleTree Istanbul Ümraniye for anyone visiting the city, whether for business or leisure. It’s a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Istanbul!

wow, this hotel was very nice. Very nice people good food one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Emre was very nice and polite. He helped us with our bags and carried them all the way out to Taxi. I will never forget about this hotel and the amazing time that I had in here I plan on coming and visiting soon.

Amazing place to stay in Istanbul. Located in the Asian part of the city. 1h 30min from the airport and bus station. Rooms are luxury and spacious. The food is perfect. The only thing is only the receptionist speaks a bit english. Its not normal for a hotel of that rank to be unable to explain what you want/need in any other language than Turkish. The room personal was AMAZING. Will stay here again soon.
