We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of every day. The location is perfect – close to the city center and easy to access. Breakfast was tasty and with a good variety.
What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Tarik, Ilayda, Semet, and Mustafa for their kindness and excellent service – they made us feel truly welcome. We will definitely come back again!

I stayed at the hotel by chance. I have read what others say about the hotel. Yes there are many people recovering from surgery. As in many other hotels also. Yes there is a nurse available at all times which I feel is great. Just incase anything goes wrong for anyone. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I had my room cleaned daily and sheets changed daily. The staff are helpful and kind to all. I needed medication and couldn’t get to the chemist in time and Onur was able to assist me. I cannot fault the place in any way. I personally preferred to have a suite rather than one room in a hotel. Tried that the first week here at a five star hotel, but felt more comfortable here. The hotel is next to Emar square mall. Lovely place to have coffee, diner or shop. Tarik and all the other staff made my stay wonderful. A big thanks to all. They were kind enough to allow me to check out later than expected, I would definitely stay here again on my next visit here. Superb

We stayed at this hotel as it was part of a surgery package my wife had booked. Designed to cater particularly to surgical visitors with a 24/7 infirmary.
Suites are excellent with full kitchen, large bathroom with walk in shower and bedroom with king size bed. It makes for a comfortable stay whilst recovering from surgery.
Staff are friendly and service excellent. Room service is good value.

The quality of the hotel is outstanding, and the service is beyond amazing.

I recently stayed at Antwell because it was included in the package from my clinic in Istanbul. I stayed 3 nights. Overall, I think the hotel is very nice. The hotel itself and the room was very clean. The staff seemed very nice and professional for the most part. I absolutely LOVED the included breakfast. I was able to walk to a convenience store that was about 6 minutes away, so that was a plus.
I ordered room service (chicken wings), they were just okay, not much seasoning at all. I ended up going to the Radisson Blu Asia which was another hotel offered by the clinic, but honestly I should have just stayed at the Antwell. I feel it was a much better value for your money. It seems everyone at the hotel is there for some type of procedure, so you actually feel a bit more comfortable recovering there. The hotel was also very quiet during my stay. I will be returning next year for another procedure, and I look forward to staying at the Antwell again.

We are staying here currently. They advertise a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam rooms. When I got to the “spa” on three of the nights we’ve stayed, the sauna has been off. The jacuzzi has not functioned at all (there's not even any water in it). 3 of those days there have been young children screaming and treating this place like a playground. They keep hitting the emergency shutdown buttons in the sauna and steam rooms which take time to return to proper temperature once staff has been contacted to turn them back on. I don't see why the staff let's young kids play there even though the doors are clearly marked with the rules (16 or older unless accompanied by a parent) Very unprofessional. Men’s locker room towels have been empty several days as well. Skip this place if these are things you’re looking for.
Otherwise the staff has been great. The included breakfasts have been very good. Room service has been available and very speedy every time we've ordered.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The service was very poor, and there was a strong unpleasant smell in the apartment. We also encountered some issues with the bathroom, which made the stay less comfortable. However, the hotel’s location was convenient, and the price was relatively affordable — the only two positive aspects of the stay

Was told incorrect time by a man in restaurant that I couldn’t get room service after 8pm. He didn’t mean to make this mistake. I believe it was the language barrier. The next night I did get room service and when I asked if they could reheat the leftovers, he didn’t want to because he thought I brought it in from another restaurant. Some staff seemed snobby. I had to check out early because there is a strong chemical smell pumped into the hallways that smells like fake flowers and it made me feel nauseous.
Room was clean and very nice. Still, not worth the price. I left. Found a new hotel just as nice that was $75 less per night and great location to cafes, pharmacies, groceries and train

The rooms are very nice and tidy, the maids do their job excellently, the waiters in the restaurant are very bad, they are not communicative, they do not speak English and their professionalism is very poor. The receptionists are excellent. We paid for breakfast and dinner for 6 days and for dinner you have one meal that the hotel gives you whether you like it or not, very bad of them since we only paid for the hotel with breakfast and dinner and we had to take the child out for dinner in the evening. Once again, all praise to the maids who know their job.

If you value customer friendliness, then avoid this hotel at all costs! My experience here was simply unbearable and full of disrespect for the guests. People with surgical intentions should look for another hotel.
After the first night in a fully equipped beautiful suite, which probably only serves to create a positive first impression, I was moved to a completely different suite after my operation. I spoke to other guests and they reported the same thing. This seems like a deliberate deception to preserve the first impression.
Particularly annoying: Even basic things like water were only brought to me after I asked several times - an imposition, especially in a situation where you are dependent on support.
Conclusion: Anyone hoping for respectful and customer-oriented service after their operation will be bitterly disappointed here.
The only positive experience I had was with the chambermaids/cleaning staff. They were extremely polite, courteous and took great care of cleanliness and small requests. They deserve much more recognition than the overwhelmed and unfriendly staff in the lobby and restaurant. It's a shame that the entire team doesn't reflect this level of professionalism!
And on all operated: be careful with the pineapple juice at the buffet, to me it doesn't taste like real direct juice, more like a sweet syrup. I'm only speaking for myself and my experience as a guest.
