Antwell Suites

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The service was very poor, and there was a strong unpleasant smell in the apartment. We also encountered some issues with the bathroom, which made the stay less comfortable. However, the hotel’s location was convenient, and the price was relatively affordable — the only two positive aspects of the stay

If you value customer friendliness, then avoid this hotel at all costs! My experience here was simply unbearable and full of disrespect for the guests. People with surgical intentions should look for another hotel.

After the first night in a fully equipped beautiful suite, which probably only serves to create a positive first impression, I was moved to a completely different suite after my operation. I spoke to other guests and they reported the same thing. This seems like a deliberate deception to preserve the first impression.

Particularly annoying: Even basic things like water were only brought to me after I asked several times - an imposition, especially in a situation where you are dependent on support.

Conclusion: Anyone hoping for respectful and customer-oriented service after their operation will be bitterly disappointed here.

The only positive experience I had was with the chambermaids/cleaning staff. They were extremely polite, courteous and took great care of cleanliness and small requests. They deserve much more recognition than the overwhelmed and unfriendly staff in the lobby and restaurant. It's a shame that the entire team doesn't reflect this level of professionalism!

And on all operated: be careful with the pineapple juice at the buffet, to me it doesn't taste like real direct juice, more like a sweet syrup. I'm only speaking for myself and my experience as a guest.
