Amazing stay! The staff was phenomenal and incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to cater to all our needs. Their exceptional service made our experience unforgettable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Every detail was perfect, and the hospitality was second to none.

Loved this hotel, clean, elegant and with very unique place next to a beautiful forest. Thank to Sude she did her best to help me and was patient enough to guide me.

Really enjoyed my stay whilst I was in Istanbul, nice clean hotel with decent size rooms. Lovely breakfast options especially small desserts. Oh and the staff are really helpful, they help you in
making and bringing your tea and other items whilst you enjoy the breakfast. Will definitely book again if I'm in istanbul at this location.

My family really enjoyed our short stay here while in Istanbul. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant all of the time. The hotel was clean and had lots of character which made us feel at home even though we were thousands of miles away. I love the fact that it was never overwhelmingly busy. The quietness seemed authentic. Well done.

I would like to thank the great staff for this wonderful stay. I stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks on business and felt very comfortable.
There wasn't a moment that wasn't nice. The staff at reception always had a smile on their faces when I said goodbye in the morning or in the evening. My room was very clean. The cleaning team is doing a great job.
Everyone in the restaurant was very friendly and said hello. At the end, they even knew my room number. All the service staff were very courteous. Which is not always "normal" these days. The older service staff were particularly attentive.
The Spa is great and the masseuse was marvellous. I felt like a new person afterwards.
I know were I will stay on my next Business Trip.

We have been regular customers for over 5 years and always enjoy coming back. We especially appreciate the excellent food and the spa service. We had a great time thanks to the hotel staff and especially the manager who is very responsive to all our wishes.

I stayed for one night the stuff was so nice and helpful specially Burrak at the reception. The standard room was clean and beautiful but small space inside overall the hotel worth it

That was really good stay! The food in the restaurant was delicious and all of staff members were very friendly! We received all info and have couple good talks with people there! Fully recommend!
