i like everything especially the solution of problems made by manager. the location is good, breakfast is enough and room was okay. if they preserve their quality i will stay there again.

I had amazing experience with this hotel. The stuff is so professional and friendly, they were always happy to help! If you need nice, safe place in the center I highly recommend!

Hotel design is exclusive, very neat and tidy. Size is small considering Istanbul price per sqft is expensive. But hotel is very comfortable and receptionist speaks excellent English.

Stayed for 2 nights.
The good - room front 4th floor was clean, bathroom was clean, good ventilation, water in shower consistant, quiet at night
The bad - bed on one side had limited support where people sat, additional pillows were just bits of offcut foam in massive bag in pillowcase just shocking, had to ask for more toilet paper, breakfast was probably most limited and horrible in many many years of travelling with man/manager sitting watching everyone eating, all doors difficult to open fully front front door to our room door elderly would struggle.
Take your own pillows, eat breakfast elsewhere and ask staff to open a doors if going. For us far better places to stay in Kadiköy.

We stayed at Güner for a week, and it really exceeded my expectations! Very kind and genuine staff always greeting us and amazing service at the breakfast!
We could request room cleanup personally when we wanted to, and were always amazed when coming back to the hotel room, super clean.
The hotel is also located in a pretty local and central area in Kadiköy, so it was easy to travel to other parts of Istanbul daily, with the metro, bus or even steamboat, but we liked Kadıköy the best.
I would definitely stay here again :)
