Stayed here for a week. The room is very basic and clean. Very old fashioned. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Best locations to almost every where you wanted to see like the blue mosque, grand bazaar, hagia Sofia mosque and the big garden etc. Breakfast wasn't the greatest.

Stayed here for a week, spacious family room, breakfast was included, would definitely come back here, staff was very helpful

Got bed bugs from this hotel. Do not go here!! Breakfast is nothing like photos. Go at your own risk!! We also asked for a fan because I was pregnant and it was too hot to sleep and they said they don’t have. Like?? Not sure how this is even 3 star. Just good location.

It was everything we wanted! Would definitely go again! The staff was super nice,everything was really clean(they clean the rooms everyday),there was something new for breakfast every morning(vegan options included). The location was more than amazing,everything we needed was close,there is a restaurant called Dubb where the food was delicious and the staff also really nice. We also parked our car for three days in the nearest parking(one day for 10€).

Nice and cozy hotel. Rooms are small but very clean, comfortable and well done. Location is amazing and you can walk to all popular destinations (Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque etc). For at least a few days I definitely recommend staying in Sultanehmet area. Breakfast spread was really good and the view from the breakfast area was also lovely. I think it was the best breakfast I had in all of my stay in all areas of Turkey. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved my stay there.

Lovely hotel. Super close to Hagia Sophia so was easy to get everywhere we needed from there. Also loads of restaurants/bars right next door.
Rooms were clean and comfy, had air con and reception staff were useful and friendly.
Free breakfast was also great. Had toast, meats, fruit and cereal.

Had a very nice stay at Kaftan hotel. The location is great, walking distance to the main touristic things to see.
The room is really cute with a traditional turkish touch that I liked. Felt boehmian. The view of the room was great, enjoyed seeing the bosphor. Also the place where you have your breakfast has a splendid/relaxing view.
All 3 persons from the reception were very helpful, gave good recommendation of places to eat, tours to do plus other tips and tricks.

Location, staff service, amenities, facilities friendliness, every thing was fantastic. Location is close to aya sofia, blue mosque, topkapy palace. So three major spots in Istanbul are withing walking distance. The rooms were a little bit small. Although good value for money.

Kaftan hotel is a nice and cozy boutique hotel situated in the heart of Sultanahmet in Istanbul, a perfect place for tourists and nearby attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are cozy and breakfast is delicious and generously spread in a pretty sunroom overlooking the lovely Bosphorus. It is indeed good value for money and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a budgeted stay at a great accommodation and location.

Should be a 5 start hotel. Amazing location, close to all the attractions (walking distance). Amazing staff, extremely helpful and kind. Had a 7 day stay with Kaftan and they made sure I had my pcr test prior to my departure back home even arranged for my ride back to the airport and packed me some yummy breakfast treats. Traveled solo and made me feel super comfortable. Great breakfast and get the ocean front room! Totally worth it for sunset and sunrise.
