Booked this place for 3 nights in May and had a great experience. We requested a baby cot for our little one and they had arranged that and set it up for us before our arrival.
The rooms were good and not as bad as some of the reviews making it out to be, the breakfast service was great as well. The staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant.
Ozan and Malik from reception desk were legends and very helpful throughout our stay.
Would definitely stay here again :)

That is only 1* or poor 2* hotel. The rooms are old, not clean enough. The toilet in our room was leaking and there are a lot of black mold spots in the bathroom and in the leaving room. The breakfast is very poor and does not look fresh. At booking..com the hotel is even given 4 stars, that is just a fake. In my case booking..com said they take no responsibility for the description given. Good learning 🫣

One star just to leave a review
My recent experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The rooms were shockingly dirty, with visible stains and a pervasive odor that suggested a complete lack of cleaning. The service was deplorable – the staff displayed a remarkable indifference to guest needs, seemingly more interested in socializing amongst themselves than attending to patrons.
Maintenance was clearly not a priority, evident in broken amenities and an overall shabby appearance. What added insult to injury was the staff's disrespectful attitude; they not only dismissed complaints but had the audacity to suggest that a clean room was a luxury reserved for those willing to pay more.
The ambiance was far from inviting; instead, it felt like stepping into a neglected, haunted establishment with flickering lights and an unsettling atmosphere. My advice: steer clear of this dismal excuse for a hotel unless you enjoy subjecting yourself to an utterly miserable experience.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was subpar, the service left much to be desired, and there was a complete lack of room maintenance. The staff was not only disrespectful but also downright rude, suggesting that a clean room was a luxury reserved for those who paid more. Definitely not worth the stay.

Cheap, at the center of Sultanahmet, but not a place for some relaxation on holidays. Ok if you just need to sleep while visiting tourist attractions.

The hotel is situated in a good place and near to the touristic sites of Sultanahmet area.
