Horrible experience. I booked this room without reading the reviews online (trip advisor is full of bad reviews)and had the worst experience ever. The room that we booked online was already occupied by someone else. They lied to us that some refurbishing is going on so they can’t give us the room. In the end we had to look for another hotel. As they couldn’t provide us a room.

The place is very beautiful but the bathrooms with the maintenance needs of the shower broken, sink blocked, plus room cleaning service is bad

Peace away from the noise of the city you have an address that you can merhabalasabi indispensable. Surely I would recommend to come and stay. Likes to read, first of all, solution-focused approach is also a satisfaction to you if it is prominent as a matter of fact, "Batman" if you're a fan this place is a slice of heaven.

Travelers beware: Elephant offers affordable rooms close to Galata. The rooms are not super comfortable but okay to stay if you don’t expect too much. The street is going through renovation so it appears to be a bit scary at first, but no real threat.

Bad staff...nobody speak english, after 5 nights nobody clean the room, no reception, bad signal for internet coz they are too lazy to restart the WiFi

Staff are super friendly, the property itself is fine, the location is generally good, but you have to walk up the hill to reach it..

Booked via Airbnb, they had double booked the room, offered a substandard room, wanted to negotiate discount although met with very rude responses, and basically left on the street to find something else after being told we couldn't speak to the host and that our booking was cancelled. Unbelievably rude! Avoid this place.
