I stayed at this hotel 2 weeks. The room I stayed in was a good size and had all the amenities like refrigerator, kettle, coffee, drinking water, shampoo, etc to make for a comfortable stay. Service was excellent. Location was in walking distance to all the main tourist attractions and a good size shopping street close to the hotel and a little out of the way from the main busy tourist area where prices were much cheaper and not inflated for the tourist.

Terrible hotel! They write reviews for themselves! Take a look – only Turks give it 5 stars! Dirty, cold, terrible location: no metro, couldn't find a tram, always have to walk uphill. Not recommended!

do not book this hotel! they are deceiving people! bad hotel. the hotel owner is a cheater and a liar! the reviews are fake! we booked the hotel a month in advance, received a booking confirmation. we arrived, and the owner took us to another hotel, which was much worse and argued that it was the same hotel. it was not true! he took the money out of hand! we argued with him, took the money and booked another hotel. do not fall for the reviews! they are fake!

It's a family owned place, the staff is very helpful and nice. They're always at the desk, keeping the place clean and nice. Even the kettle in our room was clean!
No cameras in rooms. They have a reliable WiFi. They also offer water and other stuff for free.

This hotel is very close to many historic places and more. Food places, coffee places, pharmacies, supermarkets, parks, seaside - everything is at hand's reach.
Amazing hotel, would go back there any time, 12/10!! 😌👍🐈

We had a great time at this hotel! It is situated in a nice neighborhood, close to a few shops and restaurants, as well as a park.

The rooms was nicely decorated and regularly cleaned. The owner was extremely nice and polite to us.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends if they plan to visit Istanbul.

Amazing place to stay! Staff were super hospitable and kind. The rooms were more than adequate and the price for quality ratio was great! The let us check in a little earlier than when we normally could have and check out a little later. It was three of us in a room with a bed and two sofa beds which were comfy and nice! No complaints whatsoever and all in all well recommended! (Location of this hotel is amazing! Close to everything.)

Great accommodation, very clean and nice room. The owner was friendly, he helped us with a parking place near the hotel. The room was cleaned every day and we were supplied with water, tea and cookies.

Close to almost all interesting places of Istanbul. The hotel has clean and large rooms although the staff leave a lot to be desired-not to say that it is invisible.

Truely recommend this place. The atmosphere is very friendly.The host does his best and is very helpful in case of any problems and requests. It was a pleasure to be there.

Rooms is not that bad. But smell in to the building is bad. It looks they smoking inside the rooms. Tv remote have burned marks to. There was hair on hairdryer,couch. Stains on sheets. And only turkish channels. WiFi is not good to.
