We stayed one week together with my wife. The hotel location is great and approx. 50 meters to Galata tower. The staff are very helpful and smiley every time. They clean the room every day. The breakfast is also great and very tasty. This is the one of the best hotel which I stayed. Thank you again for amazing experience in Istanbul.

This place has excellent location, in the centre near to many touristic attractions and good restaurants. Staff is great, very helpful, especially Mehmet at the front desk helped us in every inconvenient situation. He was very friendly, outgoing, was ready to help every moment. Breakfast was very tasy and was lot of variety of foods.

Lovely hotel well situated , 2 min walk from Galata Tower near the Sishane Metro Station.
The room was nice, on the 2nd floor. Clean sheets and towels, good water pressure.
It is a bit small, but it has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. (water heating mug, hair dryer, small fridge, some kind of air cooler)
The staff is ok, we could leave our luggages in the day of our check out and collected it later that day).
They provide 2 water bottles daily and gave us a complementary gift.
Very good communication with the hotel, prior and during our stay.
The breakfast was ok, it is the same everyday, some small differences, good coffee and tea .
I fully recommend this hotel.

The people who work here are really great, super nice and very customer-friendly. The room I stayed in wasn't very large, but I had daily cleaning. The air conditioning and TV worked fine! It's a beautiful hotel and definitely family-friendly to stay in. It felt very safe because you couldn't just walk in at any time, but after a certain time, you could only access it with a keycard.

I stayed at this hotel this week and I want to say that the hotel is NOT 4 stars! The shower cabin is very small, you barely have room to enter. The room should have a chair, or more hangers in the closet! Otherwise, the staff is fantastic, they help you in any problem, Mehmet is a very attentive person with the guests. We had a big surprise one day, when we returned from the city and found a beautiful surprise in the door, a message nice and an attention from the hotel! As for the location, it is very close to the Galata Tower and Istiklal Boulevard.

A great place with the best staff ever. Everybody is so polite and helpful.The hotel is only a few min walk to all the great sights of Istanbul,and right in the heart of the restaurant district. Nar Galata Hotel is the best place to stay at if you come to Istanbul.

Location near Galata Tower, nice hotel but hotel don't have elevator, room so nice, lovely decor, bath room enough space, clean but have smell not good from bathroom, the hotel have amall cafe, very nice, and breakfast have enough plenty choice of food.

This hotel is in a great location and the rooms are small but the bed was huge so I slept really well. Breakfast is nothing special but it was ok.

It's not a place worth writing home about, the rooms were tiny, BUT the management was really nice and helpful and it's in a fabulous location by the galata tower, in proximity to clubs and restaurants. Worth staying for the location, but best to give it a miss if you can find a decent Airbnb.
