Very dirty rooms encountered bed bugs and complained but didn’t do anything left white dust under beds and the toilets were very disgusting and old and had fungus all over the toilets were all connected and when someone flushed there toilet it stank up the whole room room smelt like cigarettes and concrete at night you could hear the car and outside even with windows closed! We asked to move rooms they made us pay more money but still didn't change out rooms they use old breakfast from the day before the workers were really helpful tho also the hotel was nothing like pictures and definitely not worth the money

Best thing is location as near main Metro, loads of buses opposite hotel and Tram at end of the Road. It is a purpose built hotel, a bit shabby in decor but rooms have private bathrooms. Breakfast aka Turkish Style is offered free to guest.

Most of the rooms that are reasonably priced are too small, especially the bathrooms. Also, most sounds from your room can be heard in the rooms next to you. Additionally, a cat would casually enter my room if I left it open for five minutes. The service is great overall, but an employee denied my mother's request to take some food from the breakfast hall to our room for my three little sisters, I guess that's because of some policy, not a big deal. I fell in love with the hotel's view; Fatih is so beautiful from that angle!

Bathroom is so dirty, sheets are dirty too. After visiting this hotel I had some itching on my skin so I don’t recommend this hotel.

Water in the toilet floor. Leaking from back of the toilet.Complained but didn’t do nothing. Not good clean.Only one thing is good that many items in breakfast. Also good location.

The receptionist has a subtle method to inform you that your golden horn is ready to be picked in the shop around two corners. In my personal experience there might be room to improvement for the current state of the roof restaurant. Aside from the todlers playing wannabemichaeljacksonbadgays there is no substitute for the current ladyboss. Respect.
