We were very pleased with our 1 night stay and regretted not having the time to stay longer. We will definitely stay again.

Fashionable area, good hotel. The room has everything you need for your stay. Good service. I recommend going to the bar on the -1st floor, the prices are reasonable. Of the minuses - the hotel does not have breakfast, it is very noisy under the windows until 00:00 and the furniture/walls in the room are damaged (I think that it was damaged by guests - be careful with the rooms!)

My husband and I stayed 8 nights at Riva’s. The staff was wonderful, everyone was helpful and friendly. Baran saw to all of our requests with a smile, he even got us an umbrella for an unexpected rainy day and organized our taxi to the airport. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable. The cleaners visited every day to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Rivas Moda staff!

This is my second time in Istanbul and I can really say that the location of the hotel is literally perfect in any aspect. It's close to the historical places yet not as crowded as the European side (the ferry ride is an absolute plus). Also, the neighbourhood is full of leisure areas where you can spend your time.
The staff was extremely helpful to us, they arranged a transfer from the airport to the hotel and gave a really insightful city guide.
My fiance and I love the local cuisine, we came from Vietnam so the food variety is nice and adventurous for me, Katmer and Beyran Corbasi is a must. We are planning on coming back again!

Absolutely horrendous. The window almost fell on me and when I complained they said they would take care of it and of course never did. And of course Never changed my room. Air conditioning was pre set and can not change. And above all that they wouldn’t cancel my stay so I left and they made pay for the rest of my stay. Total Bull !!

Breakfast is not provided, but discount vouchers are given for Brekkie, a partner located just a few minutes' walk away. The croissants there are delicious. Hotel is very clean.

The rooms are beautiful, the location is very safe and in a hip neighborhood and the staff are incredible! I really can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. This is the best place to stay in Kadikoy. Everyone who works here is so friendly, helpful and speak excellent English. Try to book room 401 for the best view of the sea and the park. 10/10 recommend!

This hotel is a huge scam! The rooms were decently sized but the decor was tacky and outdated, the bathroom handle fell off on the first day, the table had a large iron stain, and the shower did not work properly. The hotel's location is terrible; it's so far from everything that getting to the other parts of the city or tourist attractions is a major hassle. Additionally, it was extremely loud, so do not plan on sleeping or resting in your room!!!
The noise was certainly the most unforgivable part. When I booked the hotel I chose the quiet room option. I also emailed the hotel to inform them that I am coming to Turkey for a surgery and will need to rest afterwards, so it's important that the room is quiet. They assured me that the room is very quiet and I have nothing to worry about so I proceeded with my booking. When we arrived at the hotel we realised that this couldn't be further from the truth, even with all the windows closed the noise from a nearby outside lounge/restaurant area was so bad, you couldn't stand being in the room! After I brought that up with the management, they offered no alternatives, so I went through the hassle of booking a different room right before my surgery. At first the hotel manager agreed to let us check out early if we pay for the days we already stayed, but after I paid and was about to leave he changed his mind and said he won't let us go if we don't pay for the entire booking!!!! I asked to speak to the upper management but was refused as the manager just said that ''the boss won't pick up''. The worst part is that all of this happened on the day of my surgery, right as the car to pick me up was about to arrive and the manager was well aware of my time constraints. He didn't want to let me to leave for my surgery!! I feel so cheated by this hotel, what a waste of money! THIS HOTEL IS A JOKE!
