My sister and I stayed a week at this small hotel and the best part was that it is walking distance, like 5 to 15 minutes, to ALL the main tourist attractions! We never had to take a bus/tram or taxi. It offers transport to and from the airport at a very reasonable rate, as the airport is one hour away. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was rather small but we managed very well with 2 large suitcases and 2 smaller ones. The breakfast was plentiful but was catered more for Eastern Europeans, I.e. lots of cheeses, cold meats, the room was serviced every day but could have been a little cleaner, but if you are after the best location and excellent value, you can’t go wrong with this hotel. Location is great. Everything else isn't.
Breakfast was exactly the same for 4 days we stayed with bread being old or not fresh everyday so we opted for buying bread at bakery and bringing it with us. Staff isn't unfriendly but isn't friendly either i.e. upon checking in we got plenty of promotional fliers at the front-desk but one city map for 4 of us. When we asked to get more maps the staff said that one is enough for us. Front-desk staff used to smoke cigarettes right outside the entrance and the smoke was coming inside the hotel so cigarette smell wasn't uncommon on first floor and for sure in the lobby. There's no air circulation in the rooms so we were opening our rooms during the night but then mosquitos were coming inside the room and biting us throughout the night. During the night it was quite noisy so for any light sleepers that might be a problem.
Shower pressure was good in our room but shower head was leaking. Nice to have two bags of tea in the room but they weren't getting refilled after room cleaning. We didn't take offense to it but it would have been nice. Small or standard hotel touches were missing.
Given our stay in the hotel and the fact that most of the google reviews are posted by accounts with less than 10 reviews I question whether the reviews are real.
From 5 to 7pm there's happy hour with free tea on the terrace and some cookies.

Very clean and neat hotel with an amazing view of Hagia Sophia. No need for a cab because it’s located in within walking distance from basically most of the famous tourist landmarks! Loved the kid-friendly breakfast buffet with spacious and lovely terrace area.

Stayed here for 5 nights, a wonderful hotel the location is the main thing as it is walking distance from the Hagia Sophia which you can see from the terrace when having breakfast. The service from the staff is excellent so helpful be it booking the airport transfer, nothing seemed to much trouble.
The room was fine if a little small and was cleaned every day, there was also a mini bar and tea and coffee making facilities.
The breakfast was continental style with plenty of meat, cheese fruit juice tea and coffee all a buffet style. This was a great value hotel and the location is the best bit, would highly recommend the hotel and would stay there again if in Istanbul

A small hotel on a side street which is within a few minutes walk to Hagia Sofia and all the famous landmarks of Sultanahmet Square. It’s near the tram stop, lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable, it’s very tastefully furnished and decorated in beautiful neutral colours. The breakfast is very nice, with a large selection of hot and cold options. Highly recommend.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! This was our fourth time in Istanbul, and nowhere, like here, have we felt so comfortable. Everything was perfect; location, friendliness, cleanliness, breakfast, view from the terrace, heating in the rooms... The staff was always smiling, they even prepared sehur for us every morning because it was Ramadan. Our next stay in Istanbul will be in this hotel!

My first visit to Türkiye in 40+ years. Recommended by my son. Generally descent. 3.5 - 4 of 5.
The hotel's location & proximity to the Aya Sofia & Sultan Ahmed & Basilica Cistern, literally around the corner & views' are almost unmatched by even the more expensive hotels' around. Good, healthy variety of breakfast to choose from.
Expensive generally, cause of the area. Cheaper restaurants etc, 15 + minutes away /Fatih areas'
The most beautiful parts of Istanbul along with Fatih. Truer to the character & heritage of Türkiye, Which they distance themselves from. Why?!!!!! Equivalent to old Westminster city & old City Of London areas' In London.
We definitely felt more at home generally & not out of place. People just go about their business & we're not treated like second class citizens. Unlike "G.B" where we're born & bred & made to feel like ALIENS, which is instantly apparent in Türkiye & "G.B" . We miss it deeply.
The rest of Istanbul is more like Modern USA / England / France. Horrible character & style, with prison block style designs, a real turn off !!!!! Almost like they're ashamed of the good things of their' heritage!!!!! Depressing......
