This hotel is not what you see in the pictures. It needs some repairs to make it look better and make the room more comfortable. It also needs to activate the daily cleaning service for the rooms, and this service is currently not available. My experience with them was not enjoyed. The room refrigerators are not good and the room bathroom is bad. The sink is broken, the shower door does not exist, and the main room door also needs maintenance.

I have never seen such a beautiful hotel in my life, there is a beautiful view on the terrace and nice staff, I recommend it to everyone, family hotel in a quiet and reliable area

Tried contacting this hotel by email, Facebook phone and even standing at reception for an hour and still no staff spoke to us.
We needed to change our dates but the hotel refused to speak with us and would not offer a change of date or refund. I would not trust staying with these cowboys.

No a good place, the rooms are very small, dust all over the place, trust me it is not suitable for travelers. Book a hotel in Taksim it is a good place near restaurant and and transportation good places to visit.
