The room was smelling like someone peed on the floor. The guys in the reception were rude as hell and wanted to charge more than we already reserved for the rooms. Even while getting out of the hotel, they charged us extra fees, claiming that we ate and drank everything from the minibar, even if the minibar was full and they did not replace anything. Overall, my experience was horrible. I would recommend other to not come to this hotel, this city has much better hotels than this trash hotel. Shame on them!

Very very Bad Hotel!!! Don't come here!!! I don't know Why 4 Stars???? Unfriendly staff who don't speak english. Especially the Young guy who works at night time! We told him 1000000 times that we needed a big Taxi for our stuff at 5 in the Morning. In Order to get Commission he called his Friend with the smallest Taxi ever!!! This guy didnt help with our luggage just Smoking his cigarette when we Women carried our suitcases! Will never set a foot again here!

Good hotel. Service is much higher than three stars. They offer to park the car themselves, bring things to the room, are friendly. Knowledge of English is 6 out of 10. The rooms are small, but clean, cozy. As of today, breakfast is not a buffet, everything is taken out. It is enough for an average morning snack.

Probably the best hotel I have stayed in Izmir right now, I am reporting from the hotel I am in a room on the 5th floor, right by the sea. The rooms are very large and the bathroom is very clean, but the size did not meet my expectations. There is nothing to argue about the cleanliness, everything is very beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Let me tell you, do not go to hotels in Basman and waste your money and then come here, just print out the money and stay in a nice place.

very bad, dirty everywhere, doesn't wash the coffee cups once, broken shower handle, had included breakfast but I was afraid to eat there, very bad internet, only negative experience

I will never go to this hotel again, the problem with this hotel is there is not good wifi at all. I booked a room for three adults and the beds should be three proper single but in our one there were two proper single and one portable for children . After I complain they decide to make excuse and they change it

The location is great, all the staff was very polite except one reception(I forgot his name) who actually ruined our first day with his very unprofessional behavior. But overall our stay was fine, the rooms were not that clean, the toilet was leaking water, the breakfast was not having varieties. I would not prefer this hotel next time.

The highly intelliegent trickster in the lobby, took my reservation, told me he took it and then when i drove 4.5 hours from İstanbul to İzmir, told me he didn't take my reservation and I could only stay for a night. I was going to stay for two but alas.
If you're gonna stay there, don't book it in advance, the special species in the lobby may or may not take your reservation and then leave you stranded.

Location was quiet good, Shops Near Hotel Close by 9PM normally. I stayed in Deluxe bedroom, there were no Shampoo, Soap or anything. Even when i called reception, they still forgot to provide Hair Conditioner. Although room was quiet hygiene and clean.
