This is actually a 3 star hotel.
No swimming pool without excess pay to external vendors. The same for the sauna.
Its more of a 2.5 star hotel. You get lost in the staircase. The halls smell like smoke and its within a shopping mall.
Avoid this if u want a vacation stay
I checked out the first day i was here. Rebooked to West Menstern. I got refunded by the friendly receptionist and got sent off.

I recently stayed there for a week. 90€ for a night for a quality I could get in a 2-3 star hotel. There was one person at the reception that quite literally gave me a panic attack at 4 in the morning. Thank god I didn't see him again until when I was leaving. The lobby doesn't have ac. Now I don't mind the heat for a few minutes but that's where we had breakfast so it was difficult to tolerate considering the summers are hot and humid in izmir. The breakfast wasn't really good also. The room had nothing special. The toilet was broken. There was one elevator. I was told there's no one staying in the rooms close to mine but I could literally hear people entering them. I could hear them play music and even though smoking was not allowed, I could smell it at the same time every night. And when I called the reception, they said the rooms were empty.
The only positive thing was probably the lady that worked on that floor. Really sweet and considerate.
I lived in izmir for about 2-3 years before this and I had business to take care of so the location was my first priority. But overall, it's not a good hotel. Disappointing.

Nice big and airy rooms with a great view.
Lift a bit slow and prone to breaking down.

I was not satisfied with my stay for many reason. First of all, the entrance was very old needs updating. The breakfast area was small and crowded. When i booked online the room i was given was on the main floor, the view was horrible more like a jail. I had to pay extra for a higher seaview room that turned out to be noisy because the windows wouldn't seal well. Moreover, the room was very hot in comparison with the weather in Izmir. We asked the reception to fix it but nobody did. The price isn't worth the value. The only positive point was that housekeeping and the receptionist were very nice.

Nice. Clean. Personnel Very friendly. But rooms need some renovation. Location will improve immensely once the metro works are finished

The most expensive price in izmir for nothing, we are staying in a room like a cleaner's room, whatever we ask, they say no. Service 0. Hospitality 0. We will never stay here again! if you are not Arab or not looking fancy it doesn't matter to them if you pay your room. They don’t have breakfast, the bed is really uncomfortable. There is a small service window also You can’t open it because of the security. The room is 24 square ft, it is the smallest room I have ever stay.

My go-to hotel in Izmir.
Even though it's located out of the center, it offers amazing views, great room quality, and amazing choice of food.
There are several shopping malls right next to the hotel.
I like the overall atmosphere of the place and after trying many hotels in Izmir, I choose only Ramada Encore now.
