Terrible Experience – Misleading and Unacceptable Service

I had an awful experience with this establishment. The customer service is absolutely terrible. There is no on-site parking; you have to carry or drag your luggage for 300 meters from a paid, unsecured parking lot. They don’t even have a toilet available in their lobby for guests.

The photos on their website and booking platforms are completely misleading. Our room reeked of smoke and was poorly insulated, allowing noise from the nearby restaurant to disturb us.

To make matters worse, the receptionist (or a young person claiming to be the manager) was incredibly rude and dismissive. We decided not to stay due to these issues, and although they initially promised a refund, they refused to honor it when we insisted on leaving. This was all recorded.

When we asked for a written statement confirming the refund, they threatened to call the police and escalate the situation unnecessarily. The unprofessionalism and lack of respect for customers were shocking.

I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

This review is only for the restaurant: We would not recommend. Though the cafe/restaurant is in a good location and offers a delightful atmosphere, we were extremely disappointed in the food quality and service. My husband had to order his beer twice before it came. The lentil soup tasted as if it came from a can and the bread was tasteless. Our salad was lovely to look at, but contained commercial bread sticks and the grilled halloumi cheese squeaked as it was chewed. The meat in our main meals (Ottoman Lamb Bake with Fruits, Sautéed Beef, and Octopus Casserole) was tough. We had high hopes for this restaurant, but sadly it didn’t deliver.
