Luxurious hotel with impeccable attention to detail, friendly service, incredible food, beautiful/convenient location. Cannot recommend enough.

A nice boutique hotel by the Konak Pier. A great place to walk around. The breakfast was so good. Their restaurant is very highly rated. The room is well maintain with good quality Amenities. The gym and sauna were meh.

Excellent location. Exceptional room decoration and comfort. Great breakfast with high quality, fresh, local products. Brilliant service. The hotel is so well managed and the staff are friendly and professional. We really liked the waterfront. It is close to excellent restaurants and in walking distance to the old town, bazar, and touristic attractions. Many great restaurants in the neighborhood. We used the room service and we were very happy with the food. Free parking was very helpful. The room was very spacious and well designed. Very clean! This was a very enjoyable stay!

The only problem was that the sewage started smelling at first night during our stay, but the hotel changed our room and we did not have any problem afterwards.

Absolute value for money. Right beside the sea, and beside Marriot. Within 10 minutes walk to tram, pier, bus stations and metro. Within 10 mins of historic and popular market area. Sumptuous breakfast spread. There isn’t a lot of breakfast options outside very early in the morning, so grab food at the hotel.

I stayed at Key Hotel for 2 nights for a short day trip to Ephesus. Check-in process was super smooth, the room was nice, the bed was super comfortable, and all necessary amenities were provided (the hotel indeed feels luxurious). I really like the location as it's literally right across the sea, I love to walk and enjoy the sunset.

I would like to especially compliment Mr. ALP for his work. He was very attentive, super warm, asked me about my days whenever I entered the front door, and helped me numerous times especially when my taxi had not arrived for couple of minutes, definitely the best person I met throughout my stay -best hospitality!

However, I do have some notes: First, the internet did not work even up till the morning when I wanted to check out and when i went to the reception, i was asked to just wait and try again. The breakfast was nice but the server services can be improved :). Overall, it was still a nice stay.

Posh modern rooms with all possible amenities in the city center with incredible view should you face the sea... modern clean and a good restaurant with great food to match the hotel. Parking is a problem so contact the hotel for support.
