Everything was great! Staff are nice, decent breakfast and great service! I would recommend this hotel because it's very near to konak pier, Izmir clock tower, kemeralti çarsisi and there is also a metro nearby where you can go almost anywhere in Izmir! But the only problem is the bad wifi in the 6th and 7th floor. I stayed in the 6th floor and the wifi was so bad that I can't even search something in Google and the internet was better in the hotel across the street. I needed to stay 4 days almost with no wifi. Please fix this wifi in the 6th and 7th floor. Thank you very much .

The staff was extremely helpful with everything!! Totally recommend staying here. In like 500m from the hotel you can take the Tram for 2 stops and be at Alsancak neighborhood (full of bars, restaurants, very modern) or go to the other side with the tram and be at Konak square (1 stop) or Asansör (2 stops) or take the metro or walk (it's like 15 minutes from the center and it's a nice walk through the bazaar/market). Value for money for sure. Literally, everything was great !!

1. Blinds in the toilet do not close. Either everything is visible if you lie on the bed, or everything is visible when you stand. We tried to cover the wall from the inside with a blanket, but this does not help.
2. WiFi in the room is very poor. You have to leave the hotel to work on your laptop.

It was a fantastic stay for us. Hotel was above expectations. A nice lady welcomed us at reception upon arrival. She was very kind and helpful. Bellboy and bartender etc everybody was very kind at hotel. On internet we saw some comments about areas safety but we used taxi at night to return to hotel so there was nothing to worry about safety. Cleanness was good, toiletries were all good, air conditioning was very powerful. Room was quite silent despite the fact that hotel is next to a heavy avenue. Only sound that disturbs in the beginning was, subway's rail sound once in every 15 mins. Only con that I can say was a temporary pressure problem on shower and internet speed for me but overall we were very satisfied.

The hotel was old and located in the old part of the city. Very small and warm corridors, so that from the door of the room to the door of the elevator, you felt suffocated. The rooms did not have light, but they were well renovated and had good lighting. It had a clean and beautiful bathroom. The behavior of the cleaning staff was very appropriate and good. I stayed in this hotel for two days

We stayed one night here on our way to south with our family dog. The hotel is clean, well designed. Suite room was spacious, we fitted in as a family of 4. All hotel personnel was professional and willing to help. Room service was also good. We enjoyed our stay very much!
The reason I gave a 4 is the location. That can be perfect if you want to be in the center of the city, but I would prefer to stay in a more residential location on a family trip.

The water from the shower is boiling. Literally. Do I have to wait 5 minutes (that's what they've told me), standing in the shower, like in a sauna, just to take a shower? No, thank you. The connection to the WiFi was failing and all the time got disconnected. I haven't tried the breakfast yet... But 1 extra star for the rooms, they are pretty nice.

I dont recommend this Hotel anymore. I was treated like trash because some other (maybe rich) costumer came. The women on the reception first ignored me. I said i was first. And she rolled her eyes and apologized to the other costumer, and then he said no shes right she was first after that she was getting my card for the check out and rolled her eyes. Excuse me you can apologize to me too if your ignoring me. The other Costumer even said i was right.
She didnt say anything where i was outside she said again excuse me to him. For what?
It was not the first time i was there i was 3 times there.
It will be my last.

It is close to train and metro station so if you would like to visit some places outside Izmir then location is great, but if you focus on the city then it is a little far from sea, shops and restaurants. Breakfast is very uneven and differ every day.
