The room was too warm, the AC was not working well, I called to adjust the temperature, still the same, most people in the tour group had the same problem , don't stay there.

I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and skill,especially from the front desk.As a foreigner visiting Izmir for the first time,I had many questions on what to do and see in the city.
The reception team welcomed me with warm smiles and took time to provide me with detailed information about local attractions .They suggested wonderful places to visit,like the historic of kemeralti Bazaar and the Stunning Konak square.They even recommended some fantastic local restaurants where i could try Traditional Turkish dishes.
Their Insights made my exploration of the city so much easier and more enjoyable.The front desk were not only knowledgeable but also genuinely enthusiastic about helping me make most of my visit.I felt well taken care of throughout my stay.
The hotel itself was comfortable and conveniently located making it easy ready to walk around and discover the vibrant streets of izmir.I truly appreciated the exceptional service and it well played a significant role in making my trip memorable.I would definetly recommend Double Tree to anyone visiting Izmir!Thank you for an unforgettable experience!!!

One of the worst hotels ever. Small rooms, tiny bathroom, dirty grouting in shower and shower door. Refrigerator with huge chunk of frozen ice around freezer. Aircon needed attention. Surly staff. Horrible.

Four ⭐️ hotel that compared to many of the hotel in my 2 weeks trip in 🇹🇷, could easily be a five ⭐️, not because of the amount of services but because of the quality. It has certainly been one of the best breakfasts buffets I’ve seen in a long time. Stuff if very attentive and dinner was also super good. I would recommend this hotel if staying in Izmir as the location is also super good, very close to the seaside and close to the beautiful open bazar close to the clock monument.

Stayed here for 2 nights while with a group tour. When I went to my room, it was very warm! Contacted the front desk and finally a maintenance person came up and cleaned the filter and said all would be ok. Was not! Room never got cool! Next day I told the reception again that it didn't get cool and if it was not fixed, then I needed to move! That evening when I returned it was better but never really got cold. Good thing was that the room was quiet.
Breakfast was just ok! Usually all Doubletree hotels have an outstanding breakfast but not this one.

Excellent & punctual service. Good location. Rooms a bit small but clean.

A very centrally located hotel in the heart of the city. The front desk is helpful and friendly. The rooms are well furnished and spacious and the welcome gift for the gold and diamond members are very nice. Clean and new.

Cigarette smoke from smoking rooms comes into non-smoking rooms. Front desk customer service is below Hilton expectations. Pool was still closed in very warm April. Good location.

The restaurant staff were really good but the front desk staff weren’t friendly or welcoming. The room was nice and spacious but did have a weird smell in the restroom. The location was pretty good because everything was close by and walking distance.

A really good hotel the staff was really kind and helpful for me , whatever you want and need they are there to help you , and the price might be bit higher but it's worth it , and your stay will be amazing and I'm sure about it .
