Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club

We go to Miami every two years. We usually stay at Faena, but this time we decided to make a change and stayed at the Four Seasons Surfside. The hotel is very new and beautiful, the rooms are very spacious, and its design is quite relaxing. The restaurants and food were very good. The staff were very attentive. I think the fact that it was not overly crowded was definitely an advantage.

Without a doubt the best FS experience we have ever had and the most expensive. The building itself is so full of character and in such a wonderful area of surfside. Rooms are well appointed with all the mod cons and the most comfortable FS beds ever. Service on point pre stay, stay and post stay and exceeded all of our expectations. The area is not the cheapest area to frequent, and we were taken aback from some of the ridiculous pricing. However if you buy a ticket..... The main dining room area and bar is simply breathtaking with a wonderful service team. Simply exquisite!!!

This review does relate to The Champagne Bar at the Four Seasons Surfside in Miami. Visited the location for lunch and were not disappointed. Excellent service, a nice selection of champagne by the glass and very good food from a smaller lunch menu. Well presented, tasty and overall, simply good! It was a very enjoyable lunch and we would definitely return if given the opportunity!

This review is for the Restaurant The Sur Club. Being a huge fan of Thomas Keller, I wanted to try this restaurant in The Four Seasons Hotel . We were greeted immediately and escorted to our table. We did not like the location of the table, it was a booth . We requested a table with 4 chairs. They immediately took us to another table which was much nicer. The maitre D immediately came, introduced himself and they gave us the menu. We Sommelier was very knowledgable. We started off with Champagne and then moved on to an amazing wine, which was recommended to us. We tried a lot of appetizers family style, to sample as much as we can. I can honestly say each one was better than the other, the fois gras was the top winner. As an entree I split the Dover sole, which was excellent. The bottom line is this restaurant has delicious food, without foreign and weird ingredients. Everything was done to perfection. the service was not stuffy but very professional. I can't wait to go back. I give it my GoldnAdvice seal of approval.

This review is mainly directed to an incredible staff member Augustine who is in guest relations. Four Seasons what makes your hotel a stand out is people like Augustine who went over and above to help me . He helped me retrieve an old gift certificate, then helped me to secure a reservation at the Lido on a busy Saturday night. How nice it was during the evening when he took the time to come over and introduce himself and make sure that everything was perfect. Augustine you are a class act and a spectacular representative to the Four Seasons. I must also add that the Maitre d ( from Sardinia) was excellent, making sure of our comfort, and making sure all expectations were met which they certainly were, the Lido is exceptional and I would definitely recommend it over the Thomas Keller restaurant in the hotel which does not offer the incredible and friendly customer service that the Lido does The food also is exceptional and wait staff outstanding

Karma Munnar Hotel is at the best location in Munnar.We stayed at the hotel for four Nights.Got full support from all the hotel staff members Mala Mam, both Bivin Sir, Saravanan, Asmina, Jinu etc. The cleaning staff took full care of cleanliness our room. Activity coordinator and receptionist Mala ma'am entertained all the members and their children daily through interesting programmes.Restaurant manager Sarwnan took special care of the food.

The restaurant was one of the most beautiful ever! The service was masterful and our waiter was completely focused on delivering the highest quality care. We split two beginning dishes- the Caeser Salad and pasta in vodka sauce which were exceptional. This was followed by a wagyu steak grilled to perfection. All in all, an amazing experience.

Chosen by Ferrari to host their Corso Pilota Sport event. The stupid upgrade was worth the money and the room was amazing. Special requests through the in house app were always full quickly and professionally. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection.
