Our stay at the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island was simply wonderful. I would like to especially commend the outstanding service we received from the dining room staff, particularly Ms. Sumayya and Mr. Idain, who were always welcoming, attentive, and served us with a warm smile.
Lance from the concierge team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Always friendly and full of positive energy, he assisted us with car rental, flight check-in, and tickets for various attractions, ensuring that everything went smoothly.
As for the hotel itself, the rooms were spacious, spotless, and well organized. The pool area was clean and well maintained, with excellent service from the pool staff. The reception team was polite, professional, and always greeted us with kindness and a smile.
The hotel spa was excellent, featuring dry and wet saunas, a jacuzzi, and a unique forest-themed shower with music and different rain modes. It’s only a pity that the spa facilities are separated by gender. Still, the spa team was courteous, attentive, and provided top-notch service.
Finally, the dining options were truly impressive, high-quality food, a large and varied buffet, and a wide selection of dishes for both breakfast and dinner.
Overall, the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island offers an exceptional hospitality experience, highly recommended.

Went for afternoon tea. Service was good but that is about all I can recommend. The 'saffron tea' was just too much. Bright yellow bread with some iffy fillings and the scones - surely the highlight of any afternoon tea - i genuinely had to ask the server if they were scones! Apart from being bright yellow little bullets (2nd pic) they were also not mixed well with white flour bits in the middle and seemed to be a little stale. The cakes were better. They were arranged in an attractive flowery stand and although a bit bland they were the most edible part of the experience. Tea was good. Sorry, not to be recommended.

I had an amazing experience at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island! The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is outstanding from the moment you arrive.
A special mention goes to Nahom, the bartender—he truly made the stay unforgettable. His warm personality, professionalism, and incredible mixology skills added so much to the experience. Every drink he prepared was perfectly crafted, and he always made sure guests felt welcome and taken care of.
If you're visiting Abu Dhabi, especially Yas Island, I highly recommend staying at this Hilton and stopping by the bar to see Nahom. He’s a true star of the hotel and elevates the entire guest experience

We stayed at the Hilton thru the Yas Stay and Play package. It’s a good hotel but not 5 star level , either in quality of rooms or service.
- Rooms had basic issues in them like leaking washrooms, leaks from shower fixtures etc. The team was prompt to respond but this isn’t what you expect.
- Staff tried their best but service was patchy. We were celebrating an anniversary and despite 3 reminders and promises never got a cake delivered in the room.
- No welcome drinks, no water at the pool - none of the basics that u expect from a quality 5 star in UAE.
- Pool wasn’t very clean and 2 of us ended up with itchy rashes after using it. The pool staff was really friendly tho and the pool in itself is great.
- No minibar, toiletries in fixtures bottles - does not give the 5 star feel to match the rates paid. Better options available in Dubai for same price with much more luxury.

- the location is very convenient on Yas, bang on the promenade with great food options nearby

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, the swimming pool is well-maintained and enjoyable, and the staff were very welcoming to children. The employees were always helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for families and anyone looking for a great place to stay.
I would also like to sincerely thank the Hotel Manager for his personal assistance when I faced an issue with the QR code for the park tickets. His support and quick response made the process much easier and allowed us to enjoy our time without any stress. I truly appreciate his help and professionalism.

We really had an amazing stay here in Hilton! They exceeded our expectations and took care of us so well. We love the vibe of the hotel most especially our room (this is the best we had from all our hotels experiences). All staffs are so accommodating and friendly. And I love all the extra miles they did to make our stay so special. Would definitely recommend this to my friends and I hope we could come back soon. 100/100 it is! Special thanks to Ms. Pauline and Harry and all the kabayans there!

The buffet offered a wide variety of options—international favorites, healthy choices, and freshly prepared dishes that catered to every taste. I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay. The bellboys were courteous and efficient, making arrival and departure smooth and pleasant. At reception, the staff were exceptionally sweet, helpful, and supportive—especially one team member (Front Desk) who stood out with her kindness and professionalism.
The speed of service throughout the hotel was impressive and added to the overall comfort of my stay.
One small point to highlight: breakfast was served in a different location each day, which was a bit inconvenient and affected the consistency of the experience. A more stable arrangement would enhance guest satisfaction.
