Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island - All Inclusive

We visited the hotel as part of an information tour of the UAE in February 2020. This is the newest hotel of the Turkish chain and in my opinion, it is very family-friendly. Many room categories are designed specifically for families with children. The rooms are all in excellent condition. Good service, attentive staff, a very rich selection of food. Fried barracuda and chic chocolate desserts are the bomb. The hotel operates with the Ultra All Inclusive concept. In addition to this, there is a gorgeous protected beach with white sand. I definitely recommend the hotel, especially for a holiday with children 👍🏼😍

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful resort and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality from the wonderful team at the resort.

The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with lush tropical gardens, sparkling pools, and breathtaking views of the crystal-clear sea.

The facilities at the resort are top-notch, with a variety of dining options, a well-equipped fitness center, and luxurious spa services. I especially loved lounging by the pool and sipping on tropical cocktails from the poolside bar.

But what truly sets this resort apart is the amazing team of staff at Front Office who goes above and beyond to ensure that guests have comfortable and enjoyable experiences. Everyone in the team was always willing to help and make sure I had everything I needed.

Overall, I had an incredible experience at this resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. I can’t t wait to return!

Dona’s professionalism, warmth, and dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay for guests were truly remarkable. Her attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond made my visit memorable. It’s employees like Dona who elevate the guest experience and make your hotel stand out.

We visited with our 3 year old son. This is the best hotel we have visited as a family so far and we have been to more than a few! The all inclusive package is really ALL INCLUSIVE. We paid no extras while we were at the hotel and everything was amazing including:
1. Buffet variety and food quality
2. The multiple swimming pools
3. Kids play area and water park

The hotel is really fancy and clean and you can feel it from the minute you walk in. The staff are super nice and accommodating. The manager Mahmoud gave us an upgrade on the room which made our stay even more delightful!

I am writing this review to express my appreciation for an unforgettable experience. We had a seamless check-in process with attentive Dona, which made us feel truly welcomed and special. Rooms are spacious, elegant, and convenient. Every request was met with enthusiasm and efficiency. The staff members demonstrated high professionalism and warmth. I loved their spa and beach with clear water.

I enjoyed my stay with my family, it was really amazing.
The food was great and the concept of full board was amazing specially once you have kids. The swimming pool was nice for the kids including the kids club. We wear large group of family members and we had great support and arrangement from Mr. Mahmoud.

Good hotel in a very nice place. What is expected from Rixos is higher service level and customer orientation. Just few example:

- The guy came to the room at 23.45 to bring towels and pillows, while everybody was already sleeping (especially the kids);
- He took the bag for laundry, and laundry called back at midnight to say that some stains could be resistant. At midnight!!
- Our parents book a room as well, and when we accompanied them to the room the host called security ("it is a room for two, why are you here, show me your ID")
- Birds are everywhere, and in the restaurant terrace it is just going crazy (seats and tables are marked with birds poop, birds are stealing food from tables, etc).
- Not enough sunbeds on the beach so you need to go earlier before breakfast to "book" a Sunday (seriously? In a 5 star hotel?)

The location is nice, the sea is beautiful. The design of the hotels is luxurious and very refined. Food and drinks are OK, good quality and variety.

So it would be great if some basic things are properly managed.
