I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The beds were tidy, the bathroom was spotless, and fresh towels were provided daily. Common areas like the lobby and hallways were also kept very clean.
The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, the hotel maintained good hygiene standards and provided a comfortable environment. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a clean and relaxing stay.

Room-

I booked the room on Agoda and rate was very reasonable. The room is very new and spacious. It is very well equipped. Bathrooms are very nice.
Only issues faced: AC was too cold at any setting, kettle is cheap quality I burnt my hand badly, there is no shoe polish in the room.

Service-
Staff are very friendly. The valet service is great, the valet drivers treat you very well and if you will be heading out soon then keep your car nearby for convenience.
Housekeeping service can be improved as when I kept trying to call reception no one picked up. I finally placed housekeeping items order via their QR code and even in half an hour no one came. Finally i had to go down to reception and make request in person.

F&B-
The pool bar is very nice however I had a negative experience as The View bar is listed on zomato having 20% off for gold members but they did not accept my zomato gold.

Location-
Location is very convenient. It was very close to a conference I was attending at Conrad. It is very peaceful and there is a great walkway by the water.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and the room was spotless with all the amenities we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like the complimentary water and snacks. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see, but still peaceful at night. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and seamless experience. Will definitely be back!"

I had a wonderful stay at Royal M Hotel! The venue itself is stunning — modern, elegant, and perfectly maintained. The food was absolutely excellent, with a variety of delicious options that exceeded expectations every time.

What truly stood out was the hospitality — warm, attentive, and professional from start to finish. A big thank you to the amazing staff, especially Somaya, Habbie, Samer, and the Front Manager Mina. Their kindness and dedication made my stay truly memorable.

Me and my husband stayed here for 2 weeks, we really enjoyed our stay with a beautiful room and view, staff were always friendly and welcoming. Pool was amazing and spacious with a beautiful view.

Only downside was we booked a half board which include breakfast and dinner, breakfast was perfect however dinner was a disappointment, there wasn’t a variety of food, practically the same everyday- on our side that was the only downside.

Overall with cleanliness, we wish the pool was a little bit cleaner. We would stay in the hotel again definitely.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff, including the waiters, bar team, and housekeeping, were all incredibly kind and made me feel very welcome. The food was delicious, though the menu was quite similar every day. The drinks were also great, and my room was always beautifully cleaned.

The atmosphere was perfect for a solo traveler – I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay. I especially want to thank [ Irish the amazing waitress, and to very friendly and kind Tariq and Susan pool bar staff and bartenders who work in the restaurant too just forgot the names who made my experience here truly unforgettable and made me feel the best during my stay.

The customer service experience is beyond any expectations. Is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. There nothing to not like.
Rooms are big and spacious, facilities in the room 10 out 10, breakfast amazing with a lot of options, the view of sea side is spectacular, you are feeling navigating a ship. Mr. Adel from the front desk was very helpful and kind. Plus there is another staff, Indian nationality, I didn't memorise his name, my bad sorry🙏he prepared a surprise for my friend birthday which I can't be more thankful. The arrangement of the room for the surprise was perfect with focusing on small details.
