I stayed for one night at Bab Al Qasr, and from the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. A special mention goes to Ajay from the bell desk, who greeted me with a warm smile and assisted me promptly and professionally. His genuine hospitality set the tone for a wonderful stay.
The highlight of my morning was the breakfast at Artisan Kitchen – an incredible spread with something for every palate. The quality, variety, and freshness of the food were truly impressive, and the staff made the experience even more enjoyable with their attentiveness and friendliness.
Though it was a short stay, everything from the ambiance to the service left a lasting impression. I’m already looking forward to returning!

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, which is actually located in the beautiful city where I live.
Usually I work a lot so when I take some days off I use to rest in Hotels to relax.
From the moment I arrived, everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff The hotel was spotless, the rooms were amazing-spacious, comfortable, The pool and the beach were both fantastic, perfect for relaxing and the whole team were incredibly professional, kind, and friendly. beautifully designed. enjoying the surroundings
I would like to personally thank the guy at the reception desk Heythem because From the moment I made the reservation with him until the day! arrived for check-in, he was extremely kind and helpful. He truly went above and beyond to make my stay incredible. Kudos to him-he's a fantastic employee and a great asset to the hotel!

We were lucky to be served by Islam — truly one of the best waiters we’ve come across. He was attentive, respectful, and made sure everything went smoothly during our visit. His warm attitude and professional service made the experience so much better. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit!

A beautiful hotel with great service. Breakfast was very varied and catered for the varying needs of my family. A special mention to Anita who was very attentive and went the extra mile to help us. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much for them. Our room was clean and spacious and of a high standard. I would definitely recommend and visit again.

It's an okay hotel, but not quite 5 stars as we were expecting. The hotel room was a nice size and quite comfortable. We were located on the 19th floor facing the Emirates Palace, which was really beautiful.
The common facilities were, however, quite disappointing. The pool was small and crowded, seemingly inadequate for the hotel's size. We did not visit the beach.
The breakfast was particularly problematic:
Long waiting lines (up to 20 minutes)
Dirty tables
Overcrowded dining area
While the staff was very polite and attentive, the crowd was too large for prompt service. Compared to similar hotels in the UAE, we expected the hotel to open additional spaces to accommodate guests, especially during peak seasons like F1. Overall, we were disappointed with the service.
The common facilities were, however, quite disappointing. The pool was small and crowded, seemingly inadequate for the hotel's size. We did not visit the beach.

The exterior is attractive, and the lobby is pleasant with its high ceiling. The spacious room offers a beautiful view of the sea, the pool, and the palace.
However, the main negative points of our stay were the poor reception and service. We nearly faced refusal at the entrance in the middle of the night, and the person at the front desk was unhelpful, almost robotic, without offering any solutions to our problem. This lack of professionalism was very frustrating. Fortunately, after much insistence, we finally obtained a solution, but it was not thanks to the front desk.
Additionally, although the room was large, it had not been prepared to accommodate the expected number of guests. When we requested additional beds, we were only provided with one, despite being more numerous. As a result, we had to manage by sleeping together in the double bed and using the couch, which highlights the hotel’s organizational and service issues.
Finally, while the breakfast was varied, it lacked quality, and the outdated style of the rooms needs modernization. The beach was also limited, with chairs too close together.
In conclusion, I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it.

We had delightful stay at Bab Al Qasr, service, food and the overall facility was great and very organized. The staff is very helpful and genuinely kind. During our stay we always could count on Mr. Shiva and his help and advise. Our room was also always perfectly cleaned and taken care of by Mr. Sunil and Ms. Muna.

I stayed there with my family in the summer of 2023, we really enjoyed the stay especially the pool. It was huge and in the middle eastern weather was absolutely perfect for relaxing. There was also access to the beach. I saw a live stingray and a lot of live fish. The staff was really nice and the water with fruits in the lobby was really tasty.

The pool ambience is great and my kids were full happy having their first swimming here.
Morning breakfast was awesome and had different varieties of food and for all as the dishes were one to one perfect and tasty.
