The exterior is attractive, and the lobby is pleasant with its high ceiling. The spacious room offers a beautiful view of the sea, the pool, and the palace.
However, the main negative points of our stay were the poor reception and service. We nearly faced refusal at the entrance in the middle of the night, and the person at the front desk was unhelpful, almost robotic, without offering any solutions to our problem. This lack of professionalism was very frustrating. Fortunately, after much insistence, we finally obtained a solution, but it was not thanks to the front desk.
Additionally, although the room was large, it had not been prepared to accommodate the expected number of guests. When we requested additional beds, we were only provided with one, despite being more numerous. As a result, we had to manage by sleeping together in the double bed and using the couch, which highlights the hotel’s organizational and service issues.
Finally, while the breakfast was varied, it lacked quality, and the outdated style of the rooms needs modernization. The beach was also limited, with chairs too close together.
In conclusion, I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it.

We had delightful stay at Bab Al Qasr, service, food and the overall facility was great and very organized. The staff is very helpful and genuinely kind. During our stay we always could count on Mr. Shiva and his help and advise. Our room was also always perfectly cleaned and taken care of by Mr. Sunil and Ms. Muna.

I stayed there with my family in the summer of 2023, we really enjoyed the stay especially the pool. It was huge and in the middle eastern weather was absolutely perfect for relaxing. There was also access to the beach. I saw a live stingray and a lot of live fish. The staff was really nice and the water with fruits in the lobby was really tasty.

The pool ambience is great and my kids were full happy having their first swimming here.
Morning breakfast was awesome and had different varieties of food and for all as the dishes were one to one perfect and tasty.

Overall i love this stay very much compared to any other hotels aslong stayed.

We really enjoyed out stay in this hotel.
The room was beautiful and had a fantastic view from the windows (22 Floor). The room service were really helpful, fast, and the workers speak with us in a good and respectful manner.
The pool and the beach were great and we had fun there. We also liked the breakfast and that is has many choices for many different cultures.
I really recommend this hotel for any person who wants to spend vacation with his family or friends.

Disappointing Family Vacation at Bab Al Qasr Hotel.
Our recent stay at the hotel was unfortunately far from enjoyable vacation we had anticipated.
The most frustrating aspect of our stay was the security personnel's behavior at the beach. Our family was looking forward to spending relaxing evenings by the sea, but we were repeatedly interrupted by security staff who insisted we leave the beach by 6 PM. This was in direct contradiction to the information provided by the front desk at check-in, which stated that the beach could be used until sunset.

the hotel was nice and huge, feel like you live in a palace. we got the 1 bedroom residence, with washing machine and kitchen. the view was perfect, the staff at the reception was amazing, Joaquim who helped us with our baggage, was super friendly and knowledgeable. the downside is the carpet on the hallway smells musty, they need to deep clean or change it. breakfast was amazing with lots of options and varieties to choose from, but the staff were not too friendly and accommodating. didn't greet us, but greeted the British couple on the other table. sounds a bit racist, but all in all, it was a good stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. We made use of the pool and beach area and also of the gym.
The breakfast had many options (it would be nice if they could add some gluten free and/or lactose free options for those with allergies and intolerances).
There is many options for food inside of the hotel and even 24/7 room service.
The staff was very friendly and professional, a special thank you goes to Thea and Ajay, who helped us at check in and gave us the most beautiful room!

Me and my wife have travelled to plenty of places and to many hotels. This by far was the most fantastic experience.
Bhavesh and his team did an excellent job to make us feel welcome, catered to all our needs and exceeded expectations at each step of the way.
From suggesting an itinerary to making the bookings. They truly saw to it that I had to worry about absolutely nothing at all.
I highly recommend the hotel to anyone due to the level of service, the quality and standards of the rooms and hotel amenities. Views were absolutely fantastic and the location is great.

Wonderful stay, a broad vegetarian selection at the buffet was my personal favourite!
