Cosy hotel for a relaxing family holiday. Note that the rooms are quite compact, the hotel was originally designed for business people. A small area of the sea without waves, from the beach to the buildings. When you check takes a Deposit.

Located on the famous promenade of Abu Dhabi, in close proximity to major business and shopping centers of the city, 170 km from Dubai airport and 10 km from the airport of Abu Dhabi.

In the 8-storey hotel has 272 rooms, most of them with sea view.
Beach: own sandy beach, 10 m from the hotel (1st coastal line), a small Bay. The entrance to the sea sand. The length of the beach 200 m. beach umbrellas, chairs, towels: free of charge. Pool towels, umbrellas, deckchairs: free of charge.

The hotel is bright and clean, decorated nicely and well equipped.
I received very nice support from Mr. Mina( Reception manager) and Mr, Sakr( Receptionist) on my dates adjustment and early check out. Also I have forgotten my optical eyeglasses which they have found and informed me.
As a frequent traveler and Google local guide, I can say that it was one of the nicest stays that I had during past 2 years.
I should remark that I loved the couch in the round corner of the room
Disliked · The weather was cold and hotel was colder. Fortunately I had my hot water bag with me but it was better if the hotel temperature was adjusted a bit higher.

Disappointing Service at the Sheraton Hotel
During my visits to Abu Dhabi, I typically choose a different hotel, and this time I decided to stay at the Sheraton. While I appreciate the importance of a modern, clean environment, the quality of service is ultimately what defines a hotel’s reputation. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this property fell short of expectations.
I arrived at the hotel at 8:45 PM with an existing reservation and requested that my car be parked nearby while I completed the check-in process. While it took approximately 15-20 minutes to receive my room key, the staff member handling the check-in was professional and courteous. However, when I went to retrieve my car, I found that it had been moved significantly farther from the entrance, and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for it to be brought back.
When I inquired about this, I was informed that, due to a higher volume of guests that day, my car had likely been “forgotten.” While I understand that the hotel may have been busy, I was disappointed that my explicit request to keep the car nearby was not honored. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating.
Further compounding the issue, despite having a reservation and being informed that our luggage would be delivered to our room, it was not there upon our arrival. After some searching, we discovered our luggage had been placed in the car. This is not the level of service one would expect from a five-star hotel and it was about 11:15 PM!!!
When I raised these concerns with the staff, they responded with professionalism. A staff member called the manager, who offered us a complimentary breakfast as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, I had to decline the offer as we did not have the time to take advantage of it. To make matters worse, when checking out, we noticed that a silver keychain had gone missing from our belongings. This final oversight made it clear that attention to detail was lacking throughout our stay.
In conclusion, this was my first and last stay at the Sheraton Hotel. Service is paramount, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the high standards I expect from a hotel of this caliber.

Absolutely excellent. A warm welcome. Friendly helpful staff who couldn't do enough for you, clean, well presented hotel with loads of services available.
The food was fantastic with lots of choice for all pallets and we didn't have a bad meal there.
Rooms were lovely with plenty of facilities and we managed to get a pool and sea view (in a club level room).
We will definately be returning here when we can and we highly recommend it. About 45m from the airport and 30m from Yas island.

Just back from a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. First visit for us and we loved it. The room was great, beds absolutely amazing, along with the very much needed air conditioning. The service was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. We ate at Flavours (buffet restaurant) a few nights and it was very good, however our favourite restaurant by far was Le Bistro. This restaurant is waiter service and included if you have half board basis. The food was absolutely outstanding! A la carte style, but very generous portions. Please visit if you enjoy top quality dining (make sure you book at least 24 hours beforehand). The hotel has a small private beach with very comfortable sunbeds. Overall, a wonderful holiday. Thank you Sheraton, we'll be back 🥰

Had an amazing stay at Sheraton. Hotel services are amazing and all the staff was really helpful especially Sufiyane and Mina at the reception.
Hotel has its own beach and family friendly pool , spa and gym so you and your family can enjoy all the amenities during your stay.
Food here is amazing. Flavours restaurant is no doubt full of flavours. There is a huge selection of flavoursome dishes in Buffet restaurant during breakfast, lunch and dinner to choose from.
Over all a very convenient and enjoyable stay.
Hotel has its own beach and family friendly pool , spa and gym so you and your family can enjoy all the amenities during your stay.

This hotel was fantastic. Everything you expect for a 5* . The staff are very attentive, warm and friendly. I didn’t feel like any of them were unhappy and they seemed like a really good team together.
Mohammed on reception and Joseph one of the managers were also great.
Beach and pool are good, interiors are really nice and feels nearly renovated. Everything spotless and smelling good. Would recommend staying here.

the hotel is just super, everything is great. Everything is clean, tidy, every day when I come back from breakfast I see that the bed linen has been changed, everything has been cleaned and replaced with new ones. Mr. Sundar, special thanks to you! Well done! I think I will come here again in the future! I highly recommend it!

Room has greatly improved post pandemic era.
I would like to compliment the life guard on duty. They were very attentive and doing their job pretty well. Their dedication is remarkable.
Just for improvement, waiting time for the parking must be lessened and the checking in time as well.
Improved system must be enhanced still.
I have to add, towels were not always available in the swimming pool area.

The Very Good:
Helpful and Friendly Staff: The manager and staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making our stay more enjoyable. The upgrade we received was much appreciated.
Appealing Entrance: The entrance and front of the hotel are quite attractive, setting a positive tone upon arrival.
Delightful Breakfasts: Breakfasts were very good, served in pleasant surroundings that added to the overall dining experience.
Excellent Renovated Rooms: The newly renovated rooms were top-notch, providing a comfortable and stylish environment.
Outstanding Gym: The gym facilities were excellent, arguably the best we have seen in a long time.

My husband and I had a perfect stay at this resort. The rooms were cozy and provided a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond by offering us upgrades and all the benefits. The late checkout option was extremely appreciated since we had a late flight.
The breakfast was nice, although it would have been even better with some salmon. The swimming area on the beach is a bit small, but it was sufficient to swim comfortably. Overall, a fantastic experience!
