Front counter staff are cheerful 👍
This is a very ghetto hotel. Unfortunately the hotel I usually stay at was fully booked and my assistant booked me here. The have absolutely no customer service and it will disappoint you. This hotel does not match the standard that is customary in Dubai. Najim the front desk clerk should be fired absolutely no customer service whatsoever! When I asked him to escalate my complaint to the Manager of the hotel the front desk manager said I should lower my expectations because I’m used to the customer service standards in Jumeriah and this is Deira. So make it what you will but this hotel did not match my expectations at all.
Always my choice is this hotel
Cost was okay and location is great near Deira city center.
