Yas Island Rotana Abu Dhabi

I recently stayed at Yas Rotana for 3 days and 2 nights, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional customer service. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They regularly checked in to see if I needed anything, and whenever I made a request, they were quick to respond, which is a refreshing change from other hotels where you often have to wait ages for assistance. Their consistency in delivering fast customer service is truly commendable.

Moreover, the hotel boasts a fantastic jacuzzi and sauna, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It provided a perfect way to unwind after a long day of activities.

However, there were a couple of downsides to my experience. The bedsheets were rough, which affected my comfort during the night. Additionally, the partition-like walls didn't provide much sound insulation, and I could often hear noises from neighboring rooms, including children crying, which was quite disturbing.

On a positive note, I appreciated the complimentary access to Yas Beach, which added value to my stay.

Overall, despite the minor drawbacks, the exceptional customer service and amenities such as the jacuzzi and sauna at Yas Rotana made my stay memorable. With a few improvements in room amenities and sound insulation, this hotel could easily become a top choice for travelers in the Yas Island area.

Sondos was kind and very thoughtful, She took care of our room and reserved the best view.

Unfortunately, once we entered the swimming pool, the staff kept asking for our room number, and the booking name. More than three times!! I asked why, they replied to double check! But I still do not understand for what?

We ordered food from the swimming pool bar, reached one hour of waiting. Fortunately, the food arrived warm and delicious.

It was an unpleasant experience but ended with a full warm tummy.

Far from down-town, the neighborhood is pretty desolated in the evening hours. City centre is 20 m taxi drive (taxy fares are peanut). Seamed like it was built only for serving F1 GP guests, the circuit is right next to the hotel. Food service is prime, the pool is small for serving peak time load. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, good value for money.
