Indra deserves particular praise — it was a pleasure to be greeted by his smiling face each morning. Every member of staff, from management to room attendants, valet, reception, chefs, and pool attendants, contributed to such a positive and enjoyable experience.
The Christmas décor was absolutely beautiful, adding an extra touch of magic to our stay. Thank you for making our holiday one to remember. This hotel and its staff are a true credit to beautiful Abu Dhabi.
We started when I was upgraded to a bigger room.
They really accommodated my son needs.
Gala dinner for new years was mind blowing. Food was delicious and atmosphere was memorable.
Requested a late checkout and they granted it without talking me out of it.
Rooms got lower stars due to it being a little out dated. I had an issue with carpet from main entrance. Carpet in my opinion should be just around bed area, you can go as big as you want but only around bed area.

Upon arrival, we were impressed with the hotel’s common areas beautifully decorated with Christmas trees and snowmen, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. The breakfast experience was also excellent, with plenty of options and the added choice of both indoor and outdoor seating.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even arranged a midnight birthday cake and decorated the room as per my prior request, which made my son’s birthday feel extra special. We truly appreciated that thoughtful gesture. The valet parking service was also very convenient, and the team was extremely cooperative. Our room was perfectly located, offering a beautiful view of the golf course.
However, the interiors of the guest room felt quite dated. The AC thermostat panel was loose and coming off the wall, exposing wires, which could be unsafe for children. The furniture looked old and the room had an unpleasant smell when we first entered, we had to keep the balcony door open for a couple of hours to air it out. A more modern update to the room furnishings and interior would definitely enhance the overall experience.
Despite these issues, we still had a pleasant stay and appreciated the service and convenience the hotel provided.
I’d like to thank Bramila at the reception for her kindness and classy attitude, and Ameen for his respectful and helpful manner. The staff truly leave a positive impression.
The only thing I didn’t like was that the valet handed me my car key and told me, “your car is over there,” while it was parked quite far away. It would be great if they could pay attention to such details, as small things really make a difference.
Really enjoyed our weeks stay
The golf course is currently undergoing impressive renovations and it’s exciting to see the upgrades taking shape. While the location is a bit far…the quality of service, hospitality, and overall experience make it well worth the trip!
