Amazing facilities, has everything you could want, gym, salon, spa, hairdressers, beauty salon. The swim up bar is so cool, spent lots of time here. The restaurants are great, the breakfast and lunch buffet are delicious! All staff are amazing and go over and beyond! The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The beds are comfy, we loved our 3 week stay at Park Arjaan while searching for long term accommodation. Highly recommend staying here 😍

A superb hotel. The room was perfect for a long stay with kitchen and laundry area. All the staff are cheerful, respectful and very helpful. The room was immaculately kept throughout my stay, a special thanks to Anita & Jeba. I have no problem in highly recommending this hotel.

The best massage ever!!

A wonderful hotel with great service from all members of staff. They are all attentive and always smiling. The pool is nice and relaxing and Selvaraj is always in hand to help with a generous smile. I always think the staff are what make a hotel and they have hired well here. The breakfast is phenomenal, I challenge you to find something they are missing! As with the location a hire car is needed if you wish to explore.

Staying here as a DJ, I can say the welcome that I received was amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating . The food is phenomenal, room service, the front desk, all waiters and life guards are extremely friendly especially Selvaraj. Would definitely recommend staying here. Looking forward to my stay here over the coming months.

Love this hotel / apartment complex. Very clean awesome service and it's my home away from home everytime I'm in Abu Dhabi. I will see you all again in just a few short days! Looking forward to it!

A very bad experience that I will not repeat. The treatment at the reception was not good at all. When we entered to do the check-in, they were very strict with us and did not help us. After the check-in, when we entered the rooms, the air conditioner was broken. After that, the next day, we could not sleep because the apartment next to us was having a party and smoking, and the smell was very strong. We reported it and they only called them to turn off the music, but they did not do anything about the smoking. This floor is supposed to be a family floor. Why were they not strict with them as well? Overall, a very bad experience.

For a stay of few weeks while working the hotel is perfect. A small suite with separate bathroom, kitchen with washer/dryer is perfect. The room service is top quality and the guy providing the service, Arsalan, is charming, polite and welcoming and respectful.
The location is not beach-front but for access to the main roads network is perfect.

The service from the housekeeping staff has been excellent. In particular I have to point out Assalan, who is always helpful and ensures that the rooms are neat and fresh. Assalan goes out his way to greet tenants and guests. He has an excellent demeanour and helps guide other staff for when he is away. Thanks Rotana for keeping up the room standards.
