The hospitality, warmth and receptivity was awesome. Special mention to *Satish* at the concierge, who was wonderful. He was more like a all-rounder to made our travel easy and comfortable. Special thanks to him.

Reviews for Hotel - Though we had Senior Citizens, we had the trouble to adjust in the bathtub which Is of very height, and seniors can't even climb for bathing. The hotel even didn't suggest or help us with the same. It was very difficult for the senior citizens.

Mr. Krishna - At this hotel you were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

We stayed 1 night at the hotel ' it was a very nice experience. I would like to thank Mr.Mohamed at the front office for his friendly welcoming ' offering a birthday cake for my daughter & upgrade our room really makes us all happy & made our stay more comfortable ' amazing room view ' very clean room ' tasty breakfast 'fast room service ' really all hotel staff were very nice & friendly .

The ambiance was good. Food was good. Housekeeping staff is very helpful. Had a great time with family. But there is lot of kaous regarding to swimming costume even after buying new swimming costumes from the shop life guard suggested. We stayed for 3 days and everyday we have to deal with different life guards with non allowance of swimming costumes. Earlier in 2022 also we visited but no such confusion was there but this time that same costumes were not allowed. Would suggest better to check regarding costumes with the hotel otherwise it can spoil you mood and vacation.

Staying in Radisson Blu was amazing, I visited the spa to use the amenities and all was just simply perfect, this lady in reception Kate assist me how to use the jacuzzi, steam , and sauna. I didn't took the treatment massage but her service was truly exceptional she make sure that she treat me good like same the guest who took or buy treatment. Thank you Kate 🫡

Under renovation to make it even better! Staff is superb. Always trying to serve and make you comfortable. It has several large pools, main dining area and specialty restaurants. The is a spa with steam, sauna , jacuzzi (extra cost) Rooms are clean and nice size. Some construction sounds at times occasionally. Gets busy with families and kids on weekdays
