Always my favorite business stop in Abu Dhabi, and this is definitely one that deserves more than 5 stars, not just the hardware, but its really professional and kind staff from the restaurant to front desk, and this particular trip, the concierge.
I left my pair of prescription sunglasses in the hired transport to hotel, and the hassles that Michael, the most fabulous and wonderful concierge, had helped me made half a dozen of calls to finally locate it, and it was arranged to be brought back to hotel for me the very same day.
Could not possibly be more grateful and thankful to Michael, and the hotel management should be most appreciative of staff like this, who makes your hotel shines and stands out amongst so many prestigious hotels in Abu Dhabi.

Good place with super helpful staff and room service. The rooms need a bit of a refresh and maintenance. Also the location was a bit far from most of the places we wanted to go to in Abu Dhabi which was a bit of a bummer. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic and all the restaurants there including the pool side one was great.

I am incredibly pleased with the housekeeping service at the hotel. Today, the housekeeper, Elionore, went above and beyond by checking in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. I had requested a vanity kit, and she promptly delivered it with a warm smile. The entire housekeeping team here is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and clearly dedicated to making guests feel comfortable. They’re doing a fantastic job in keeping the rooms spotless and addressing requests efficiently. It’s a pleasure to stay in a place where the staff genuinely cares about their guests’ comfort.

One of the best experiences I have ever had! A huge thank you to Elisha, who took exceptional care of both me and my child during our stay. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality made our trip truly special. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

I had a pleasant stay and I wanted to congratulate Magdalene for her commitment and involvement in making sure that the room is always spotless and with best class level. She took care of me with lot of special attention like roses and two beautiful swans.. It was a real pleasure to meet you and Fairmont has chance to have you in their staff. We updated to gold lounge and it was a fantastic decision. We were well looked after and our needs were catered too. Room was first class and throughly cleaned twice a day by Bayani from housekeeping. Steven was managing breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner buffets and went above and beyond in terms of service, always making sure we were OK. Paolo was also great assisting him. The food was was delicious and my compliments to the chef. Overall a great experience and will definitely come back.

Stayed at the resort last July 13 to celebrate the birthday of our friend. Stay experience was very good and memorable, super happy with the facilities especially the outdoor and bar pool. Service was superb! Commending the housekeeping services team for their quick response to our requests as well as Chef Roxie for her kind hospitality. Recommendable!

To improve this situation, there should be at least five chargers available, dedicated exclusively to the guests’ vehicles, rather than being used by the hotel staff or the general public.
