I had a pleasant stay and I wanted to congratulate Magdalene for her commitment and involvement in making sure that the room is always spotless and with best class level. She took care of me with lot of special attention like roses and two beautiful swans.. It was a real pleasure to meet you and Fairmont has chance to have you in their staff. I do not forget all the teams who manage the buffet and who make sure to take great care of me and serve me very well. Thank you all for these attentions. See you soon.

We updated to gold lounge and it was a fantastic decision. We were well looked after and our needs were catered too. Room was first class and throughly cleaned twice a day by Bayani from housekeeping. Steven was managing breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner buffets and went above and beyond in terms of service, always making sure we were OK. Paolo was also great assisting him. The food was was delicious and my compliments to the chef. Overall a great experience and will definitely come back.

Stayed at the resort last July 13 to celebrate the birthday of our friend. Stay experience was very good and memorable, super happy with the facilities especially the outdoor and bar pool. Service was superb! Commending the housekeeping services team for their quick response to our requests as well as Chef Roxie for her kind hospitality. Recommendable!

The hotel is truly exceptional and unique. The room is incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. The staff are outstanding, displaying friendliness and a high level of helpfulness. The breakfast selection is diverse and delectable. Additionally, the location is prime, offering a stunning sea view that adds to the overall experience.
However, there is a notable issue: the hotel has only one charger for electric vehicles, which is constantly occupied by the hotel’s own car. To improve this situation, there should be at least five chargers available, dedicated exclusively to the guests’ vehicles, rather than being used by the hotel staff or the general public.

Me and my friends have been visiting Fairmont with a day pass every Friday, and each visit has been consistently exceptional, largely thanks to Benjamin and his attentive team. Benjamin’s dedication and attention to detail truly stand out. He always remembers our favorites, whether it’s a preferred spot by the pool or a specific refreshment, which makes each visit feel personalized and special.
Even on the busiest days, Benjamin ensures the poolside is spotless and that there’s always a comfortable place to sit. His proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile are evident, and his efforts significantly enhance the overall experience.
The ladies at the reception are also exceptional, always greeting us with warm smiles and providing excellent service. Their professionalism and dedication to their work are commendable.

This is without doubt a very nice hotel offering a high standard of comfort, luxury and service. It has a marvellous decor and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious with powerful showers. Fabulous views towards the mosque. All the restaurants are all very good with high quality food.
The pool and beach are very nice and well maintained. The door staff get taxis in minutes and the location midway between the city and Yas island is ideal to visit both and the airport is 30 minutes.
Every member of staff we met were excellent and in particular the concierge, Rahat in bridges bar and Brett in the pool bar and the lifeguards.

Nice hotel. Stayed on Gold Floor. The staff were hands down the best staff you could ask for. Friendly, happy, outgoing and aim to please. A special thank you to the Gold team for making our staff the best - Evalene, Choose, Paolo, Mark and Stephen

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is extremely friendly. The services and restaurants here are great.
The room is also clean and spacious. There is a couch and spacious bathroom area. May not be the best for family as the bathroom is very open but for a couple it works well.
We visited the bar and restaurant which both were very nice. They have Marco Pierre White steakhouse and it did nothing but amaze. A bit pricey as it’s fine dining but they do know how to cook a steak.

Adam at the front counter was super friendly and helpful with all of our needs. 10/10 would highly recommend.

What a great experience. This was the first time I stayed at Fairmont, Abu Dhabi and I had a fantastic experience. The staff was very attentive and proactive. Upon arrival escorted me to the gold lounge, whilst I settled in to my room they had prepare my drinks to enjoy before proceeding to dinner at Marco Pierre White steakhouse. The service and quality of food was to perfection. Even my usually fussy 12 year old daughter, said this was one of the best steaks she has had. So yummy 😋.
Both Check in and check out - quick and efficient and gave me all the info needed to know to have great stay. We will be back.
