- water pressure is so weak, (both shower and sink) and apparently all the rooms are like that
- telephone extension isn't working.
Their staff is lovely and it isn't a bad room for the price, but I would definitely not book here again, and I do visit Yas Island once or twice a year.
*sidenote - they have construction going on in their lobby/elevators so it was kind of annoying but because of the previous reasons it wasn't at all a good first experience.
Water pressure in the bathroom is very low

Free shuttle bus to Yas Mall and Ferrari World every 30 minutes and 15 minutes walk to the nearest convenient shop.
Our check-in experience was a breeze until we got to our room, which, in my opinion, was a bit small for the rate they were charging.
The room decor seems outdated, and the curtains desperately needed a change as they had visible stains.
The staff are friendly and attentive.
The good thing about this cluster of hotels is that if you book half/full day board, you can eat at any of the restaurants in any of the neighbouring hotels.
