The kids' playroom is fantastic, with plenty of activities and amazing staff who not only supervise but actively engage and play with the children. We will definitely come back here again!
However, it’s worth noting that there is currently construction going on near the hotel. While we didn’t hear any noise in our room, it was noticeable outside. It didn’t bother us, but it’s good to be aware of this.
The Indian restaurant is very good.
The staff at the hotel was helpful always and it's surprisingly good for a 4 star hotel.
Happy with the choice !
- water pressure is so weak, (both shower and sink) and apparently all the rooms are like that
- telephone extension isn't working.
Their staff is lovely and it isn't a bad room for the price, but I would definitely not book here again, and I do visit Yas Island once or twice a year.
*sidenote - they have construction going on in their lobby/elevators so it was kind of annoying but because of the previous reasons it wasn't at all a good first experience.
Water pressure in the bathroom is very low
